Billy Joel's message was that the world is a place where the decisions of a generation will always affect the next generation. This message impacts my life in a way where i realize how big of an impact i have and i start acting different towards society. My goals for this schoool yr are to stay motivated.

I feel that the group sings this song to cover the biggest thing in life, and that is enjoying every minute of life. It uses lyrics decribing the age and how fast you grow up. Aside from that though, the courus gives the fibe of putting all age to the side and saying to slow life down. Not only slow it down but enjoy every minute of it and make it last.

Personally i find that this song impacts me in my daily life and makes me want to start all over again, but truth is, i cant go back and thats a hard thing to come by. SO knowing that i just have to put all mistakes in life aside and enjoy, appreciate, and work hard during every second for the rest of my life. With this feeling in my gut, i feel i am going to have a great school year. i am going to work my ass off and make every second count that way in the long run i can look back and not be mad at what i missed but to be happy for what i have accomplished.

The message the group is trying to get across in this song is the decisions we make in our lives when we are young (15) have an impact on who we become in our life. As we get older (223,33, 45, 67, 99) we go through different phases in our life and we only have a certain amount of time we are going to live and we need to make the most of it. The social impact this message has for me is that everything I chose to do affects who I interact with other people. I chose to live my life making a difference to others. This message affects me academically because the grades I receive now impacts my future. If you don't start out young trying your hardest the outcome of your future won't be what you need to be successful. This song emphasizes we only have a certain amount of time to live and we should make the best of those years: I plan to continue to study my hardest and get as close to a 4.0 to make sure that I get into a good college to start my career and provide for a family one day.

I fell the group is trying to get the message across that life goes by very fast so live it to it's best potential and don't mess it up.
this message impacts my daily life both socially and academically because if i didn't live my social life up to it's highest potential then i might not have as many friends as i do now. It impacts my daily life academically because if i didn't do the best i could in school i might not be as successful as i could be if i did.
Based on this song the goals i would make for my school year is to do my best in every possible way.

I think that the group was saying to enjoying being yourng while it last. Life goes by fast and you dont want to waste one min of it. They are saying to slow your life down and enjoy it. Dont try to grow up to fast. I think this message impacts me on a daily basis. Makes me want to slow down more and enjoy every minute of my life. I am going to work hard this year. And try my best to get good grades.

The group Five for Fighting's message is that we should live in the moment. Socially this message makes me want to become more active in my life. To go out more and make the best of everything. Academically I feel like I should work harder so that I can get a job where I can live in the moment. I create my goals around the idea of doing my best. I will do my best to get better grades. Overrall I will try my best to live in the moment.

I think the song represents life and how fast it goes. The way the song is sung shows how he tries to live his life to the fullest. They want to make a point on how you should enjoy every day your hear. This impacts me because at first you think life is long but in terms it's not no hundred years. I think more about how I will live this life, what I need to do to succeed etc. My goals for this school year is to stay up on my work and hopefully get better grades. I need to do this as well to hunt this year. This goal gives me motive to do my best in school.

I think that this group is trying to send the message that life goes by quickly, so you should take advantage of every moment of it. Time shouldn't be wasted because as soon as you know it, your 100 and your whole life has passed you by. This message impacts me because I don't want to look back at my life and realize I didn't live life to it's full potential. I want to look back and know that if I could go back in time, I wouldn't want to change a thing. This message impacts my daily life academically because if I forget about the work I have to do now, later in life I am going to regret it. Preparing for my future creates a better future for me. I can still live my life to its fullest potential, but I don't have to forget about the work aspect of life. Based on the song, my goals for this coming school year is prepare for my future, but not get caught up in it and forget about the present. I also want to live life so I can look back on it and be happy.

The group 5 for fighting is trying to tell us that all things come to an end, and whiole you have them enjoy them and live them to the fullest. I think that this message impacts my daily life because im always trying to live in the moment. I think sometimes it gets a little carried away and i need to get better at balancing it out when im in an academic or athletic situation. I think that socially many people like people who live in the moment. I think that when im in the moment i have alot more fun and am more fun with other people. I think that this year in school i need to make a better balance from living in the moment and trying hard in school. I need to do better this year than last so i need to limit my time living in the moment to make my success larger.

I believe that in the song Five For Fighting they are trying to get acroos that 15 is when you live the most, the time to fnd who you are. My daily life is impacted by this message because when you are young you find who you are as a person and what you want to reach for in the future. It impacts me though my social life by who I am friends with and what I am trying to acomplish to get where I want to be. I am not really sure how this impacts me academically but I am sure it does in some way. This song has helped me create some goals by realizing that I am still young and I still have some time to get my act together and Try very hard.

The song 100 Years by Five for Fighting is trying to portray a message to its listeners. Five for Fighting is trying to get people to live life in the moment because anyday your life could be taken away from you. This message impacts my daily life because I want to enjoy the fun things life has to offer. However, to enjoy the fun things in life I have to work hard academically. One of my lifelong goals, is to become a Cardiologist. I have to work hard in school to get the knowledge I need to become a Cardiologist. Based on this song I will create my goals for this coming school year around the idea of looking towards the future. A goal I have for this school year is to do well in school, which will help fulfill my lifelong goals. Another goal I have is to meet new people and try new things. Finally, I would like to not worry so much and not stress out about the little things, and just enjoy my life. Five for Fighting's 100 Years shows people that life is too short and that you should live in the moment while you still can.

Hannah Aittama said...

To me this song is saying to live your life each day to the fullest. And even when your having a bad day, tomorrow is a new day and things can change. I also think that they are saying no matter how far down a bad path your going, there still time to turn around and make your life the way you want it. Socially this message impacts my life because some days when your not getting along with friends or something, you just have to get over it and keep living your life because of how short it really is. Academically this could impact someones life if you dont do well in school, you can always change your grades and do better, no matter how far behind you are. For this year my goals are to not let the little things bug me, just keep remembering that life goes by quick and not to let stupid stuff get in the way. This song also makes me think about the future and there for one of my goals is to keep all A's in my classes.

The message that the song is trying to give off is to live in the moment. It is saying that life is short, so why not enjoy your life in the moment, because when you get older you wont have that opportunity. This impacts my daily life because i know how quickly time goes by, so i make sure to love every minute of my life and respect every decision that i make. It impacts my academic life because it motivates me to do well in school, so later in life ill be succesful. I create goals that will motivate me to do better. Like, trying to get all A's and B's in every class. And trying my best effort in all of my classes.

Five for Fighting's 100 years is a song that the group sang to get the message of living life to the fullest out there. It says no matter how bad life can get, there are always ways to live it up. They want everyone to know that life can be just as good throughout a lifetime if you make it the best that you can. Before you know it life can fly by in "Another blink of and eye." This message impacts my daily life socially, saying that with every passing minute your life is that much shorter, so have fun with your friends, enjoy most things that you do, and try hard in school. Even making a few mistakes on the way is even a good thing because it lets you grow as a person. This song can influence students to achieve greater than they even imagined in school with the little reminder that life is great, so you should'nt live with regret. Personally, this song inspires me to try even harder in school than i already do. I want to study harder for my test, and be more organized with my assignments. 100 years may just be a song, but it is also a motivator and can inspire people.

The Song 100 Years is telling us that even though it may seem like we have a long life to live, it goes by quickly. We need to live our lives to the fullest every day. It impacts my life socially because I know that i shouldn't waste my time being scared to try something positive. I don't want to look back on my high school years and college years and think about all the different ways I could have made it better. Academically, the message impacts me because I know I have to put effort into school work, because high school affects my college options. If I decide to start slacking just because I did well the first half of the year, I'm going to mess up my GPA. This school year I want to keep up my grades and continue to learn. I also want to improve on my studying skills since I generally study last-minute. As long as I'm improving my skills and keeping my grades, I will have met my goals.

The message that Five For Fighting is sending is that life is too short to just float through, if you want to enjoy life you have to live it to the fullest. This message impacts my social and academic life daily by reintroducing the fact that you cant just coast through life, all things great are worth fighting for and you have to strive to be great. I create my goals for this school year by reflecting on last year and deciding what i need to work on, my goals for this school year are to put all my effort in, to have no missing assignments, and last to just strive to be the very best i can be. If i can can do all those things then all of my goals for school will have been met.

I believe that the message that Billy Joel is trying to get across is that life's short. The time just fly's by us, right before our eyes, and we may not even realize it. How this effects my daily life is that we should live every day like it was our last. You never know what could happen, you never know what to expect. I think it's better not expect anything at all, just to live your day to it's full potential. You only get one life, so why waste it being scared, why hold back, why be someone your not? Years from now when I'm analyzing my life, I don't want to regret anything, I want to look back on all the good times I had. How this message effects me academically is that it makes me want to try my hardest. I've seen how not doing your work, and just messing around does, and I don't want to go there. At the end of the day, I want to feel I accomplished something. The goals I have for this year is to really improve my studying skills. Usually, I don't study at all. However, towards the ending of the year last year, I started studying, and I saw results, and it made me proud and happy. I want to try hard, and see that all the effort I put into my work shows something of itself.

The song 100 years represents the time passing during someones lifetime and how they live each momnet of it. With every minuite you spend living, there can be a time you enjoy and times you may regret or dislike. Although, you should take that time and live it to the fullest.

With my life, this song tells me that with mistakes and regrets I have from my past, I shouldn't dred on them in the future. Dialy, I should try to make the best of the day and try to make sure that I achieve the goals I set for myself. When I make mistakes in class or get a bad grade on a test I have to keep telling myself that I can do better on the next test or assignment and then achieve it. To be honest, its just high school. Yes, its a big deal, but I have my whole life ahead of me and I want to enjoy the time I have, young, while I can. That goes for my social life too. I have friends and I dont regret haveing any of them being my friends, but I have my whole life and college to look forward to meeting people and understanding the diffrent types of people there are. So, really, the song makes more of a diffrence to me in the sence of how I will live my life in the future and enjoy it. Not to make the worst of things and to just make the best of them.

I believe 5 for Fighting is telling us to live our life to the fullest. You don't want to be 99 and realize all that you wanted to do. Also, when young don't have stress and worry because this is the most carefree time of your life. When I listen to the song (socially) I want to go out with friends and just have an amazing time. Academically it makes me want to not do homework and study. Instead I want to go out and do something. I guess my goal is not to take everything so seriously but have fun this school year. I know that education is important though so I'm going to make my goal to balance all these stuff out.

The song 100 years by Five for Fighting, is about how quickly life can pass you by. Yeah, right now it seems slow and most of the time uneventful, but when you look back on these years when you are 50, you will be thinking about how wonderful it was to be a kid. So, what they are saying is live your life as if each moment was your last. The cold hard truth, is that we have absolutely no idea just how long we will be on this Earth or how long anyone else will for that matter. Life can be snatched away within the blink of an eye. To me, the song means to live your life so that you have no regrets. What I mean by that, is not so much about what you do as a person, because after you are dead it wont really matter anymore, but what you do and say to other people. You dont want your last memory of someone to be a fight that you had over something stupid. Especially if it is someone you really love. So, while the song does say that you should live life to its fullest, if you look deeper i also think it has to do with how you treat the ones you love. It may not matter today if you say that they are an asshole and you never want to talk to them again, but what if they arent there tomorrow. It is truly a song that make you think about what you have done with your life.

I guess the message was not to screw your life up at the age of 15 because you've only got 100 years to live. Also that the decisions you make now will effect you in the long run. But its cool cause as long as i pass high school i can join the marines and makea differnce in the world.

The artist of the song 100 Years was giving us a message that we only live so long (100 years), and that we need to not lose ourselves. We have only one life to live, and we can choose how to live it. We need to go through the extraordinary times as well as the unfavorable moments in those times. This message impacts my life as well as others because it teaches us to "live life to the fullest." We need to try as hard as possible to be the best that we can be. I create goals in my life by knowing first that I must improve, and then finally committing to that goal. Some of my goals for this school year would include the standard "I want to get good grades," but would also include wanting to become a better test taker.

Five for Fighting's 100 Years has the message that life goes by very quickly and to make each moment of it count. There's no do-overs in life and we should all live right the first time. Its okay to make mistakes sometimes but its what we do about it that impacts us. This impacts my life socially because I should live every day like it could be my last and not hold back anything. It impacts me academically by trying to do my best. I need to focus on school to get into a good college but there has to be balance between school and the rest of life too. This song has made me have an overall goal of trying to live life better and not get caught up in a bad mood. Its all about how we look at live. A goal I have in school it to of course keep my grades up and to not procrastinate.

Well I think that the message is, even if you screw up in life there is always a second chance. Learn from your mistakes and move on. Life will pass you by fast so dont waste it. Have fun!(: As for socially, if i wasnt outgoing or happy most of the time i most likely woudlnt have the friends i do now. Or even as many. Academically, if I didnt try as hard as i did in school, even tho im not the perfect student, i probabaly would be failing. That wouldnt be so good. For my goal i just want to give every bit of effort that i have into school. Try hard and life it to the fullest(:

The most prominent message this song is trying to get across is cherish every moment of your life. This is because life is short and you want it to be wasted. If I could look back at my life after I die, I would want to think that I lived an extraordinary life. I wouldn't want to look back and want to look back and regret things I did or doubt that I lived my life to its potential. This is how it impacts my life. Socially, I want to make sure I don't regret any decisions I had made with my friends. Academically, I want to try my hardest in school so I can create a great future. I also want to learn habits such as working hard so that they will carry on in life and I will continue to work hard as I grow old. Based on the song, I want to create goals like never forget an assignment so that I can cherish my life later. I also want to cherish my young years in high school with my friends and live life as a kid while I can.

I think the message in this song is, lifes short. So make the best of it, and make good choices. This message impacts my daily life both socially and academically. If i dont live my social life to its highest peak, i probably wouldnt have as much friends as i do now. If i dont try my hardest academically, i will not succeed. and wont go as far in life as i would if i actually put my all into learning. Based on this song, my goal is to put all my effort into school work, and actually try this year.

How does this message impact your daily life both socially and academically? Based on this song, how do you create your goals for this coming school year and what are those goals?

I believe that the message that the group 5 For Fighting is trying to get across in their song 100 Years is mainly that life is just too short to dwell on the past all the time. Life your life up to the fullest everyday, in the moment. Dont hold onto past mistakes, learn from them and make a future for yourself instead. Socially this message impacts my daily life by reminding me that I am lucky to be alive another day, and I should live every moment like its my last. Academically this message means putting 110% effort into all of my classes. My goals for this upcoming school year are to basically just better my performance from last school year, and now I am reminded to live in the moment every single day and go all out.

To me the song is saying live your life to the fullest because you never know how much time you have here. It makes you think about the things that happen in your life and realize that you shouldnt make a big deal about the small things. Even though sometimes you have to look to the future and college because you have to base what you do now on what you want to do later you should still live in the moment as much as you can. I guess this song made me realize that as much as i want to keep my grades up and focus on school i still have to have fun because i need balance.

The message that five for fighting is trying to express is that life is quick. It could blow by you without you even noticing. I personality feel that every person should not take life for granted. Every person has the right to there future and they should make it a good one. The last thing you want is a blink of an eye and your living the life you don't want. Appreciate the important things in life and live it to the fullest.

I think this song is saying live life to the fullest. Also I think it is saying if you don't live in the moment time will pass you bye and when you finally realize it is to late. For instance if you always dreamed of becoming a firefighter but you didn't take the necessary steps to become one you would be disappointed for not fulfilling your goal or dream. Socially this message makes me want to spend as much time with my friends and family as possible. I want to do this because i know later in life the friends and family members will dwindle as we get older. Academically I want to take as much knowledge as possible while i can so it will better me later in life. For this upcoming school year i would like to get better grades and change my work ethic by pushing myself to new heights. I now realize that what i put in as far as effort we only better me in the future.

What Five for Fighting is trying to say is to live your life to the fullest, and not sit back and watch it go by. Because can happen when your least expecting it, and least prepared for it. So its better to live in the moment. This message impacts my daily life both socially and academically by motivating me to do my best, and put everything i can into a project, or something else like work. It also makes me want to make a good impression because something could unexpectedly happen where i wouldnt be able to redo it. Based on this song i want to set good goals for myself this school year, like keeping my grades high, and keeping all my homework turned in, so i dont regret not turning in the one homework assignment or project that didnt get me into a good college.

The message the group is trying to get across is that lifes short and when the opportuinity to live in the moment comes around, take advantage. You cant always live in the moment so sometimes you have to grind it out when the going gets tough, this is how this impacts my life socially and academically. I believe the moments you live in are with your social life. Academically, you have to be more focused for the long run and how your gonna be successfull. I create my goals based off how high I set my standards. I would like to do well this year and get a 4.0. In order to achieve this I must have pride in the work I do and display the proper amount of effort.

I think that the message that five for fighting is trying to sent is that you need every day to the fullest. Such as how fast life flies by, for exapmle it seems like just yesteday I was starting Highschool. Also that if you screw up it is not the end of the world and there is always tommorrow to straighten things out for yourself and to get back on track toward goals you want to accomplish in your lifetime, whether it is 10 years or like the song, 100 years.
My goals are to continue to get good grades in school, so I can get into the military police, then college, and finally become a police officer.

I feel that the group's message was to help people realize how vaulable life really is; how even the little things mean the most sometimes. I'm 15 years old and so I feel that I can relate to this song very much so based on the lyrics.
It impacts my daily life socially by helping me understand more clearly how important it is to spend time with friends and family because in so many words, life is short.
More importantly, it impacts how I think about my academics and education. Our world today is all about competition. It is an advantage to just be able to read and write, let alone have a college degree. In our world today there is a very large percentage of people who cannot read or write. Having a good education will help me to prosper in life. I take my education very seriously and the song helped me realized why I do so.
This coming year I have many goals for myself. I would like to do very well on my ACT exam and keep my GPA up to at least a 3.8 throught the entire year. I also plan to spend more time with family and enjoy it. Basically, live life to the fullest.

Ok, so I kind of got wrapped up in the first part of the propmt and forgot to talk about the second part, so here we go.

100 years by the Five for Fighting, is about living life to its fullest. This applies directly to all aspects of my life Socail and Academic. I want to take all opportunities that come my way. I will strive my hardest to get the grades I need in order to further my education to the point where I can do whatever I want with my life. I will try and and do what I can each and everyday, so that I will have hundreds of memories with friends to look back on when im 80 years old. It all connects, if you want to live your life the way you planned, you have to do what needs to be done early on. In this case, that means good grades in order to get into a good college. As for this coming school year, I will work my hardest to get the grades I need, but at the same time I will try and do things with my friends as much as humanely possible, because I could not be there the next day. I will strive to challenge myself everyday, whether it be in the classroom, on the tennis court, or at work. I will take each day as it comes at me, and hopefully I will have no regrets about the choices I make.

I think Five for Fighting is trying to convey the message that life is short, and to live in the moment. which is something that the majority of us has already known, or been told. We've all been told to not try and grow up too fast, but its hard to listen. I'm definitely guilty of taking the moment for granted. but i also believe that you need to look toward the future, to help guide yourself in the direction you want to go. the importance is finding what it is and doing it in the present. this song impacts me to make the best of my time, to create lasting relationships,or try something new. academically, i;ll work hard for the things i want. For this school year, i guess my goals are to get the best grades i can get. it seems like it will be a hard year already, but it would be great to get a couple 4.0 =]

I think five for figthing is trying to say that life goes by way too fast and most dont stop to enjoy it. People seem to be more stressed out these days and dont appreciate the little things. Kids are stressed about school and getting into college, while adults worry about jobs and getting their next check. I think this songs impacts my life every day because i miss middle school and when i was younger things seemed to be easier. Every adult says high school should be a time to always remember and enjoy and thats what i try to do every day. This year my goals are a bit diffrent than last year. I want to work my ass off to get the grades but i need to enjoy it. I only have to years left of high school and then i am done. I need to enjoy every moment of it. I know all the hard work will pay off later.

When I listen to Five for Fighting's 100 years, the message I conclude with is that, you have to live your life to the fullest because time goes by fast, and before you know it you are already 100 years old. It is saying that you need to enjoy all of life and appreciate it because in reality its not that long and you only live once. You are only a certian age for a moment so you need to live and learn. The meaning of this song affects me socially, because its the way I live my life. You can choose to REALLY live if you wanted to and not just waste your life doing something you hate for the rest of your days. You should be doing whatever makes you happy in life because its too precious of a thing to waste. Academically, the meaning brings attention to the fact that in order to acheive my goals I have to get good grades to get accepted into a college. It basicly depicts my future. If I slack now, I know I will regret it later. My goals for this school year are to kick it up and get my gpa up. I am really shooting for some fantastic grades, and the message puts these things into perspective. Succeeding academically is just a step into helping you with your future goals. You only live once so you might as well make the most of it.

I believe that in the song 100 Years the message the group is trying to get across is that time flys by. To me this song represents how time goes by so fast, so you should live in the moment and not let things pass you by. I think this impacts my daily life socially because you should enjoy yourself and others while you can or before its too late. This song impacts my daily life academically because school is what effects you in the long run, so i want to do as much as i can now to get where i want. I create my goals for this upcoming school year by living life to the fullest but also being successful. My goals are to not worry SO much about living life to the fullest but to focus more on my school work, to become a better student this year. Basically, 100 years says to lifes short so enjoy it while you can, but sometimes that needs to be put on hold to acheive your goals in life.

I think this song is about how through out time things change. That you should live in the moment, and enjoy the time you have. This message impacts my daily life by making me want to live for the now. By not knowing what im doing in the future makes my life more exciting. Based on the message of this song, icreated my goals for the now. Im going to take each day slow and just do what I need to do for the moment. My goals are to get A's and B's in all classes. I think I can make these goals come true.

The message I got from this song is that life goes by to quick, so don't let the little things bother you. After hearing the song I realized I need to live in the moment and not think about the past or have any regrets. This song impacted me because it made me realize how fast the years are going by. I dont want to look back ten years from now and be disappointed for something i did/didn't do. Thinking back on my life, I dont think there is anything I would want to change in the past. This year I am going to work hard and start preparing for my future, but I wont get caught up in the moment and forget to have fun. I want to live my life so that ten or twenty years from now when I look back on highschool, I will be happy with what I did.

the main message that the song 100 years is trying to get across is that after you are no longer a teenager, time just flies by and that you need to slow down and take the time to cherish life and all of the perks that comes along with it. the message that this song gives off is a message that ive taken to heart since around july of last year, that is when my dad had a heart attack and i put my life into perspective after that happened and now i no what they mean by live life to the fullest because you dont know when your not going to wake up. and when you create goals you need to be able to achieve that goal. my main goal is to maintain at least a 3.5 because i am working for something. that something is a car.

I think Five For Fighting is trying to send the message that you shouldn’t worry about messing up. Life’s to short to worry about making mistakes and you only get more responsibilities as your get older. In the lyrics he describes stages of life and how your life can just slip by you.

Socially this message helps because when I’m young I’m bound to make mistakes but instead of dwelling on them I need to move on. Mistakes help us find out who we are and how we are as a person. Academically this helps because I need to work hard. My goals this year are to work hard and to not let one of my last years at Lakeland slip by me.

I that this song really is about taking your life for granted. like when your 16 and all you can dream of is growing up and getting out. the minute you really step into this world is when you realize you can never be the same person you were before. this song is trying to tell you that you only have so much time to do what you want and to become who you want to be and that you should cherish what time you have to be free. so live the life you want and dont hold back.
socialy this song impacts my life bbecause i want to life my life to the fullest and have as much fun as i can with the friends i have, academically this song impacts my life because i want to get an education and do as much in my life as i can. my goal for this up coming year is to put all my effort into my school work,do as well as i can, and have a blast doing it.

I think this group is trying to say life goes by fast. You only have so long to live your life. Everyday you should try and live in the moment as much as possible. Living in the momnet might not always be the best way because you have to also think about the future.

Five for Fighting' song 100 years has one key meaning. It gives the message that people need to live life to the fullest. People don't relize that life flies by and that one day, they will regret wasting the little moments, even though they seem meaningless at the moment. This message helps me to remember to never take advantage of any moment that i get and that each moment is a

It has motivated me to set higher goals for myself in the future. The harder i work now, the more beneficial life will be for me an the more opportunities will come my way. Overall this song has made me remember how short life is and that it will be gone in a moment.

I think the message that the group is trying to get across is that life isn't about being serious all the time. You should make the best out of every issue that your dealing with. This impacts my daily life academically because no matter how difficult something is, i just expect for the worst and hope for the best. Socially, dealing with issues with a friend or family member i just push through it and move on. I try not to dwell on things that aren't worth the fight and get on with life. So based on this song, i would create my goals to be achievable. Such as maintain a high g.p.a and stay out of drama.

I think the lyrics are trying to express the need not to worry about the little things while you still young. And with these lyrics helped with dealing with stress and not to worry about your little daily problems. With homework, the day is short but there is enough time to get your school work done and still do the fun stuff in life. The lyrics from the song have helped set goals for not worrying, not stressing and enjoying what i have.

The lyrics of the song are saying that life offers you plenty off opportunity. So don't worry about the little details and stresses of daily life and just enjoy everyday. With message of the song being about life and the enjoyment of it, I have learned not to care about the little things and just focus on making every day a good day. By getting home work done and still being able to hang out with my friends, I have been able to enjoy daily life. With the goals I have set this year, the idea was to just get through the year with out problems. And that is still my goal, not to sweat the little things and have fun.

I think the message in the song is to live life with no regrets because everything happens for a reason. You have to enjoy every minute, because it goes by so fast. You have to make it something to remember, and make it last as long as you can. But sometimes, you have to think of others before yourself, and still make it enjoyable.
It effects me academically, because the grades I recieve now, and the things I do now, have an effect on the future. But, I think it really puts things into perspective. The fact that you only live once, and you have to do things, and set goals that you know you can, and want to achieve. My goals for this school year are to get good grades, and consistantly do good academically. I also, would like to recieve a passing score on the ACT and MME to get into a good college.

The message in this song is trying to let people know that life is shorter then you think. People need to use the time they have now to there advatage. This message impacts me on daily basis academically because it makes me want to work hard so in the future i will have a better life and not regret anything. This song impacts me on a daily basis socially because it makes me want to meet new people and have fun and not look back at anything that you wish you could change.

I believe this quote means that you should look forward to the end of your life. You should be looking forward to the day ahead of you and not worry when your life is going to end. I believe that people should not worry about dieing and just live and have fun while you can. This relates to me because I can now focus on living my life and doing things i wont look back on rather then thinking about dying. People should not think about the end of there life because i believe think about the end makes your life seem shorter.

The groups message in this song was that life goes by faster than you think. The worst of it is that you may not even see it coming untill your 67 years old thinking about your life. The song makes me want to enjoy life more and live everyday appreciative. Peoples lives go by faster the older they get. They begin to wish they did more things while they were younger, or just in thier past at all. This school year, yeah, im actually planning on doing my best. To do better for my self and make certain people proud. I dont want to be the person looking back wishing i would have done school better, or just finish atleast.

In the song 100 Years, the group Five for Fighting is trying to get the point accross that life is too short not to aim for your absolute best by setting hight goals for yourself and chasing your dreams beginning at a young age. When the artist says "you only got 100 years to live" it may seem like an oxymoron to most people because lets face it, 100 years really seems like it would be a long period of time, but I think that one major message in this song is that time truly flies by. This message greatly influences my everyday social as well as academic life. It encourages me to stop procrastinating and lowering the bar for myself just to make my life easier for now. Obviously, I have a lot of goals in life and the song reminds me that most of the choices I make now, both academically and socially, will most definitely effect the rest of my life. Due to this song, I am hoping to create higher goals for myself this year. Some of these goals include staying organized and not falling behind in any of my classes, as well as socially taking more chances and worrying less about what people think. Emma Flynn?

I think the message of the song is that life is short and you need to have fun with it. You only live once so accomplish as much as you can. No matter what age you are you should try to accomplish one or all of your life goals. The message impacts my daily life both socially and academically. If you work hard in school and get a good career, you can relax and have a worry free life when you retire. This year I am gonna stay organized and try to get good grades.

I think that the group is trying to say live life to the fullest and that 100 years may seem like a long time but when you look back on it, it really isn't that long. It is also saying to make the right choose in life because they will effect you in your future. This song impacts my life both socially and academically because it makes me relies that I don't have all the time in the world and that I need to make the right decisions in my life to help me succeed in my future. my goals for this year are to stay focused in school and to get better grades.

In the song 100 years they tend to repeat i am 15 for a moment over and over in the song. This repedative statement makes me feel that they are implying that 15 is the best year of your life. The song impacts my daily life because i myself am still 15 and I have found that I still have time to live my life and learn from my mistakes and correct them. For that reason this year I am turning over a new leaf and becomming all i can be. For this year I am not going to accept anything below a B-, I know I can do better and I am not going to dumb myself down for anyone. I am going to make sure I have all of my work turned in on time and study extremely hard to pass all of my tests. This year I want to do great.

I think that the group sings and preforms the song to get one point across to people. The point that the group wants to get across is that every minute in life counts, and is a gift. The songs lyrics and the message it puts out impacts my daily life greatly. It makes me feel that I should do the best I academically so that I can enjoy myself when im older and dont have much longer left. The song also makes me feel like I need to appreciate every moment I have because it could all end just as quickly as it started. My goals are set for the school year to make my life easier in the future. My goals are to do the best I can, and to avoid trouble.
