this first card marking has gone by great. it has been my best year yet in high school. my grades have improved a ton. next semester i plan on raising my grades a little more. other than that it is great. i love the class's that i got this year. i only have 3 main class and three electives. so this year has been easier so far too.
The first card marking has proved to me already, or thus far, that Junior year is already prevailing as the best year of high school. I'm out and about, I'm enjoying my classes, and I'm making new friends. I wish my grades were better though, but with a 3.3+ I can't really complain. Next card marking, I will definitely improve upon my grades and try to wake up a bit earlier. It's a bitch waking up at 5, let me tell you, but it has to be done. Anyway, I find this year to be the hardest yet, but I enjoy the challenge. Previously, my classes were way too easy. The only thing worse than struggling in class is being bored in class, I think.
I'm pretty satisfied with how I did this cardmarking. One thing I would like to improve on is my study habits, though. When I do study, I never really do as good of a job I should. Your class is a pretty fun class in general. It's a good class to wake up to and start the day. One thing I really like about your class is the atmosphere that the people in it create. I honestly wouldn't really change a thing about it.
Wow, 2nd card-marking already? That's what? 1/3 of the semester gone and 1/6 of the year gone already? Well, in that case, this school year will go by really quickly. Looking back so-far, I'm extremely pleased with myself. I've managed a 3.75 so-far with an extra credit for the year pretty much guaranteed, so I'm happy. I'm going to try to go for all A's for this card-marking, yet I know i'll screw up somewhere. I always have one bad day where I refuse to do my homework and just need to let out steam. Personally, I'm happy I didn't take AP Literature like Mrs Whitehead wanted me too, I knew I would be overworked. I already have AP Euro, Honour's Trig/Pre-Calc. , Wind Ensemble, condensed AP Chemistry with Mr. Verellen after school and Jazz band, and If I were to take AP Lit, I would have really misfired like I almost did last year with 2 math classes and APUSH/HLit. Are there any things that I would change about the class so-far? No, not really... Perhaps we could do more presentations that are individual ones. I need to work on my public speaking and I love making presentations that look good and (hopefully) work. I think a good topic for our next speech-type project should be about prejudices in our society, how they manifest themselves, and people's reactions to others who try to eliminate the prejudice. One thing that I really love about this class is the fact that you're frank with us Mr. Kay. I abhor teachers who are afraid to swear in front of their students because it's "improper". Bullshit, teachers swear at home and they know that we swear whether they tell us not to or not, and I like the fact that you treat us like mature people and can joke around with us instead of being a prim-and-proper teacher who you can't stand to be around because they are so boring. I really look forward to the rest of the year. BTW, what about that other essay that I asked you about?

First off i am glad that the cardmarking is over. I belive that i did decent. i think that i could have done alot better. During the last two weeks of the cardmarking i got distracted and missed a few assingments which hurt my grade in some clases. Next cardmarking i am going to make sure i turn in all my assingments and hope for a much better grade overall than this times. I think that im doing fine overall in class and do not belive that anything needs to be changed, maybe something to wake us up and get our attention in the morning.
I am upset that is has already arrived. Some goals for the second cardmarking are get an A and get over a 3.4. No i was not pleased with my first card marking performance at all. I think i could have done much better. But overall the class is going gaad i just need to try and focus more. Some changes are to blog more because i slacked on that the first card marking. Those are my goals for next term.
The first cardmarking is finally over. I believe my goals for the second semester is to do better on my test. I am pretty pleased with my first cardmarking performance. But there is always room for improvement. I can't believe that grades are already out. This class overall is going pretty good. I am just a little nervous about this paper due. My changes that i could work on is to blog more. I forget to sometimes on fridays and it effects my grade.

Try and work harder for one thing. I feel i did not succeed because i did not work as hard as i could. Nut i still feel that i gave it something. Also i don't wanna miss days or anything because that sucks. I just need to worry about school more in general. I don't think i take as serious as it is. That is what i want to improve.
i thought that overall my cardmakring went pretty good. i like all of my classes and alot of my teachers. i thought that i couldve done better in lit because i missed a few blogs and they brought me down a bit. in all my other classes though i feel im doing great and mst of them are way to easy for me which sucks. my goals for next term is to get and keep all a's because i know i can do it. next term im gonna do every blog and you can hold me to that.im also gonna study more so that i can do better on my AP tests.

Well I am happy that this semester is over. Because I did not do so well this time. Now that is a new semester I can focus on work more and try to get better grades. I plan on raiseing my grades a lot. Other than that I am really injoying this class. It is a lot of fun it has been one of my favorite lit class in high school. I need to stay more focused in class and turn in all my work.
i feel really pleased with myself on the first card marking. and i want to continue keeping my grades at the spot they are right now. as for the next card marking, i want the same grades, do my work, and keep focused and on task. because im very easily distracted. i need better study habits, but they are working for now. and i also need to start thinking about college.
The first card marking was actually pretty much a breeze. I think all my classes were a lot easier than I expected, or maybe I just put in a lot of effort because I over-estimated them a lot. For next card marking I'm just going to do the same things I did this card marking except, I am going to put in more time on big point projects cause they really have effect on your grade. Also for next semester, I'm hopin for a 4.0, now I know what to expect for this year, I think what I need to put into it. This a great year so far, and I can tell it's gonna be a lot of fun!
my goals for the next semester is to get better than a c, and have more fun than the first. i love are class it is amazing. i think we have some really good discotions and get to have fun as well. i dont think are class should change at all i like it the way it is. as far as the homework i dont think it was bad at all. if any thing this is the first L.A cals i have ever had and the most fun i have ever had in a L.A class.
I personaly was disapointed in myself this card marking. I know i can do so much better but i let stuff get to me. I was cought up in stuff that was goin on at home and it effected my grade. My goal for this upcoming card making is to show you and my family thats i can do better. I would also like to prove it to myself that i can do it as well. I'am extrememly happy with my grades from last cardmarking. i have went over a 3.0 which has NEVER happend before in my life and it makes me EXTATIC! next cardmarking i hope to get even better grades or the same, but my classes are getting harder as the year goes on which isent too cool. the class overall is amazing i love the bloggs i love the work that we get, its very chill and thats what i like about this class. not too much to do and when we get homework its very easy and relaxing. i hope the class stays the same through out the year.

I can't believe it's already the second card marking of my Junior year, as cliche as it is High School really is going by faster then I think. Anyways, some of my goals for the second marking period is to be more focused on studying for tests, and doing every single homework assigment. I was not pleased with my first cardmarking performance because I feel like I just started off on a bad first week with missing half of it and just from the start being off on assignments and tests. Although, I did end up catching up, I found it hard to stay focused and commited to doing my homework for all six classes. This class overall is going okay thus far. I am hoping to be doing more creative writings in class second semester and become a better writer. I am wise enough to understand I have a long way to go in becoming a great writer, and I honestly want to persue becoming one. I am also going to make sure that even though I have games friday's and it's hard to do the blog's I am going to get them done. Thanks for asking this I think I actually did need to evulate my goals, things like this really do help me for the future.

My goals for the second marking period are simple. To try harder than I did in the first cardmarking because I didn't give my full effort. And my second goal is to not get behind. It is always so hard to catch up when you have gotten behind in your work. I was not pleased at all with my first marking period performance. I think I could do much better than I did. I think the class is going alright. I cant really think of any changes that you could make.
