Today, in history, Mr. Pouliot discussed the idea of love. We all have different types of love in our lives that shape who we are and become as people. We live in a society where relationships are often seen as disposable (hello Tiger Woods) or as something to control (Hey Chris Brown). For this evening:
Tell me what is your view on the concept of love. How do you personally define love? Do you believe that there is one true love for everyone? Why or why not? If you do, do you think you end up in a place to find your true love?

I think that love is when two people would do anything for each other. Each person cares about the other and would do anything for them. I do believe that there is one true love for everyone. I think this because everyone deserves a person in their life who will sacrifice anything for them. I think that every single person in this world has someone who completes them. I know that sounds corny, but I do think that two people were put on this Earth to find each other. I think that people find each other randomly. I think people who want to find their true love go out and meet new people and do things. Everyone controls what they do. If people choose to sit inside their houses all day and not be somewhat social, I think that they are putting themselves at a disadvantage. Those kinds of people are preventing themselves from finding their one true love. In conclusion, I think that everyone has a true love, but finding that one true love depends on their actions.

I guess i would define love as a very strong affection for a paerson. there are all kinds of love. Theres boyfriend/girlfriend, friend/friend, and family love. I guess you cant really explain it because its an emotion and its very hard to define those. Im not really sure i believe in one true love for everyone, or soulmates. I think that would be really cool if there was one special match for everyone, but i dont necessarily believe in it. Wishing something were true is different than believing it.
My view on the concept of love is when two people share in a bond that no matter what circumstances occur they stay true to each other. I feel that love makes you who you are and everybody needs to be loved. I personally define love as a strong affection for another person; a person you are willing to place their feelings above your own. That person that you can count on no matter what. There are different forms of love: romantic love, family love, religious love, and friend love. I do believe that there is a true love for everyone and that they are your soul mate. I have seen this love between my grandparents and my parents and believe that it does exist. Based upon the relationships I have seen in my life and the way I have been raised I will end up in a place to find my true love. I know it takes a lot of sacrifice to keep a relationship going and love is a big part of that. Each person has a choice to seek and keep that one true love.
I would define love as a strong bond between two people who would do anything for the other person. I don't think that there is one true love for everyone. I think that who people decide to be with is based on that persons traits and qualities. I only say this because there are many things that shape a persons personality. The reason I dont think that there is a set person for everyone to be with is because life is unpredictable, we have been learning about how things that happen in our life shape our personality. I think that the things that happen in our life do shape our personality, and because these things are unpredictable there is not a set person for everyone because peoples lives aren't planned out to a tee from the the moment their born. I do think that no love is greater than your first love, which therefore means that the first person you love will be the one you are closest to.

I believe that love is the one thing on earth that is nearly impossible to find. Love is a true connection between two people and that connetcion is pure and honest. I dont really believe there is one true love for everyone because a good example is if you look at Tiger Woods, he says he loves his wife yet he cheats on her with god knows how many women. One true love is hard to come by because there are so many "fish in the sea." True love is hard to come by, but when i think about this question real hard it makes you think of all of your past relationships you've ever had and makes you wonder if your true love has already come and gone. Im too young to be looking for my true love and i know that. I know that high school relationships are too easy to break up. When the time comes i know i will find my true love but until then im not worried a bit.

I think that love defines what kind of person you are. I dont think there is a true love for everyone. I think that people decide who they are going to love. I believe that love is what you make it. My concept of love is the ability to adore someone and be willing to do anything for the person you love. Love is shared equally between two people, which they are bound to be together forever. Is there one true love for everyone? No, I do not believe that this is so. The phrase I love you is thrown around like a metiforical ball. You should not say this unless you truely do mean it and feel that that person is destine to be your true love. I believe that everyone loves and everyone loses, but there is no true love for everyone on this earth, some people are destine to be alone. But sometimes you have to give love a chance, because if you dont you will nver find anyone. So let people into your life, give them a chance and try to love.

I think that love is way more then a feeling. I think love is when two people would do anything for each other, and wouldn't want to see them hurt. But also someone that you can be happy with, no matter what. I do think there is one true love for everyone. They just have to go out and search for the right one. I honestly have no idea if ill end up in a place to find my true love. Hopefully I will, and meet the man of my dreams. I guess it just takes some time to truly meet that one special person you could see spending your life together.

I think that love is when two people care about eachother alot. They want to spend the rset of their life with one another. They would do anything for eachother, even die for them. I do believe there is one true love out there for someone. Some people may never find their true love, who knows maybe their true love is right under their noses and they just dont see it yet. You will find your true love when it is the right time. I believe God has that one perfect person for me and hel let me meet him some day. Hel put me in the right spot at the right time and ill meet the perfect person. The one i am ment to love forever.

I can define love as having a great affection or liking for something or someone. It is when people share the same interests or people that love being with eachother. It is basically two people who would do anything for eachother. I strongly believe that there is one true love for everyone, or having a soul-mate. I believe this, because i feel everyone deserves to have love in their life. I remember my mom always telling me growing up, theres always someone out there for everyone, you just have to wait. So this statement also has to do with timing. I think that timing is everything. There is always that someone for everyone, but it also has a lot to do with the right timing. So i do agree with ending up in the right place to find your true love.
I personally define love as being when someone would do anything they could for the person. Love means that you are willing to give your life for them. Love is not just between a husband and wife or two people in a relationship though, it's also in families and good friendships. I think that when it is between two people though, it is a more personal and passionate love. You are truly devoted to each other for life when you are in love and get married. I think there is one true love for everyone. For me, I think God has placed two people on Earth for each other that he has planned to be together. Even though some people marry and their spouse may die later, I think they will always love that person. Even if they marry another person, they still love their passed away husband/wife just as much, but they found someone else to love too. There is enough room in our hearts to love everyone (obviously not all in the relationship way). I think that God knows where you are going to go and be at all points in your life, and if you are meant to be with someone, you will find them.
My view is of the concept of love is that you would be uncomplete without it. You need to love and be loved for you life to be significant. I define love as something you care about and would do anything for that person. Yes, I know there is one true love for everyone, yet sometimes you don't meet them. In order to find your true love, you must put yourself out there and don't hold back. This is because I think that part of the reason we are put on Earth is to find our sole mate and grow with them. The place you must be in to find your true love consists of lots of aspects. Some is that you must love yourself, have your life together, and be ready for a relationship. You must not only be ready to recieve, but give too.

To me, love is defined as the bond between tow people. These two people will do anything for each other, and they will do anything in their power to see them as much as possible. They would put off any other plans just to be with their true love. They would do this stuff to show how much they care about the other person, and they never have enough of them. I do believe that everyone has one other person on Earth that is for them. They were meant to be, and everyone has a match. They just have to be open enough that hopefully they will find it. I think everyone finds their true love in their life. However, it is completely random. It may happen at age 5 or age 80. They other variable is that many people put up too high of a wall, and don't give people a chance. I am guilty of this as well. However, you never know if your true love is passing you by. If they're not popular now, that doesn't mean they wont change into a very attractive well off person later in life.
I really don't beliave in love. i beliave you can be "in" love with someone, but you arn't always going to have those feeling. Being with the same person forever just seems boring. yes, i believe that certain people can find their one true love, someone who they can spend the rest of their life with. but it is very rare. what bugs me the most is when people go out for like a day and they're like ohh i love you baby. i just want to go up and punch them in the face. maybe there is someone out there for everyone but you can't always find them.
Yeah, i beliave in love. i think the concept of love is when you can't stop thinking about someone and you can never get tired of being with that one person. I define love as kind of good and bad. in order to be fully in love with someone you're going to have rough times. Everything isn't going to go perfect. if they arn't in love with you then it isn't love. Love has to come from two people. Yes, i beliave that there is someone for everyone. the trouble is finding that one person, and some people don't ever find their perfect match, their one true love. I think fate has a lot to do with finding your true love.
My veiw on the concept of love is that its a strange, yet wonderful thing. Personally, I define love as knowing every flaw about a person, but still caring for them in the deepest way. It's when you trust the other with your life and when you would do anything for each other. Love is not always easy and can be hard, but it becomes stronger with every effort made. I do believe there is one true love for everyone. I believe this because it's inevitable. You will one day meet the person you cannot live without. Going as far as ending up in a place to find a true love, is in the hands of fate. Things happen for a reason and sometimes it's out of our power to control it.
I don't really know what love is but I have a faint idea of what it could be. I think that when you love someone you accept every single aspect of them, the good and the bad. You would do anything for each other, and will forgive them for anything. I think if there truely is love between two people and they are meant to be together, then they will be. You wouldn't cheat on each other and have no second thoughts. They are the one person you would want to do everything with and be with all the time. I don't know if I would call it a bond because a bond is forced, love is more like a passion that isn't forced but disired. I really want to believe the idea of true love. Out of the billions of people in the world, there is bound to be someone for everyone. Someone that completes you and are compatable in every way. When it is something like true love, you never settle for that person. They are the highest regarded to you and you would never want anyone else. I think true love is something just about every woman wants. I'm not sure about men because I am not one, but I think everyone wants to have someone for them. Someone to love and love them back. I guess some people never stop searching till they find thier true love, and if thats what they want to do, then thats what they should do.

I feel that love is something that you feel, and that the feeling is indescribable. There are lots of descriptions to what people think love is, but in reality it's just a small part of the real thing. Love is when your heart starts beating faster when you see them walking toward, that they are the only person who can turn your whole day around with their charming, sweet, gracious, and funny personality. They would do anything for each other, when your with them, you feel like you are the only two people in the entire world, and he littlest things that they say or do, make you the happiest girl/boy alive. I do believe that there is one true love for everyone, however under certain circumstances I believe there can be two. For instance, let's say a couple was married for 15 years, madly in love, but the husband passed away in a car accident, when the widow is ready, so can move on and find somebody else. Then in some cases the widow does, and ends up falling in love with another man. I believe that everyone has a soul mate. When they find someone they truly care about, they give their lover their heart, and your significant other will give their heart to you. To halves make a whole. All our lives you can think that your whole, but your not until you meet that special someone who completes you. I don't necessarily believe that you end up in a place to find your love, I believe that love forms over a friendship. You could have known the person for a long time, but not think of them as anything more than a friend until years after you've met them. However, in some situations you do end up in a place where you meet your lover. It's love at first sight.

Love is like matter. It can never be destroyed. It can change types, or change who it is towards, but it never goes away. When you lose someone, the love just goes to someone else. Personally, love is different to everyone. To me it is a feeling of compassion and caring that can never really go away. Even if someone moves away, dies, or stops talking to you. I do believe that everyone has a true love. I also believe that you will only find them if you believe they are out there. God intended for us to have a true love, but whether or not we find them is up to us.
I feel that love is something undescribingly magical. Its some that you know its love, only when you have love. No one can know what love is like unless they've been in love. Love is when someone can make your day amazing, on the worst of days. Someone who can make you laugh harder than ever, when you feel like punching a hole in the wall. Someone who makes your heart race when theyre with you. I do belive that there is only one true love for everyone, but in some cases there can be two. For example, if theyre was a military wife and she was marrie for 20 years or so, and her husband was K.I.A.. When she felt comfortable, if she ever does, she can choose to re marry and find love again. Love is an amazing feeling, and it can only be experience by those who have it or have found it.

Love is a really hard thing to come up with a simple definition for. It can be in a serious relationship way, family, friendship, and many other things. Overall though, love is about truly caring and loving with an open, honest, selfless heart. I think that sometimes people don't love enough and are hesitant to tell the ones who really matter how they feel and other times, the word Love is thrown around way too much and way too easily. I can honestly say that I love my friends and family and would do almost anything for them. But relationship wise, love isn't something that comes around everyday. So many teenagers get caught up in it and thinking they're in love or whatever but I think thats so stupid. You can't know if you love someone after being with them for 5 minutes and although a few people may be able to find it so early in life, most people can't and need to stop making themselves believe that they can because its just hurting themselves more. I think that there's someone special out there for all of us and it may take a lifetime to find, but when that person is found, it something wonderful. I'm not really sure if there is exactly one person for everyone because theres a lot of people you work good with. High school relationships are proof of that. But that one person who really makes life is out there past that and I hope I find it. I think that maybe you do end up in a place to find true love because I think that everything happens for a reason and that theres a plan for all of us, maybe not what we expected but it will all make sense in the end.
I think love is the deepest connections between people. its a feeling that would drive you to, in anyway possible help that person, or to make that person happy. love is selfless and honest and the feeling that keeps us going and aligns us with someone. love gives us a sense of belonging and acceptance, when nothing else will. For me I dont know what love is. Im only 16 and have yet to find someone I truly love. Their are different types of love thoe. Like family, friendship, or true love. To me love is the souls recognition for another person that you would do anything for and never hurt them. And if you ever hurt them it would be for their own good. Not to intentionaly hurt them. if you do not look or rush their will be a time when a love will rush into your life and completely alter your life for the better. My concept of love can be viewed in many ways. If i had to define it i would say that person has to be 100% comfortable around their spouse. You can basically tell this person anything and be conformable about it. Another way to describe love is the happiness you feel around them, which makes you want to be a better person. I honestly think there is true love out their for everyone. Many people think their isn't, but you have to get out their and find it yourself. True love takes time and hard work, its not just gonna come to you. You have to open you heart and let that person in and feel right about it.

To me love doesn't have a definition. Love is unexplainable. You don't truly know what love is until you have felt the feeling of being in love. You can describe it but not define it. Describing it I would say that you always want to be by their side, always there for them and willing to rise you life or future for them. I do believe there is true love for everyone you just have to find it. If you look back at Greek mythology they say we were all born with for the sun earth and moon. They also say that we were born with two faces and four arms and legs. One day when these people went to Mt. Olympus to attack they gods, the gods thought that we were too powerful and to downsize us and make up weaker they would split us in half so we only had two arms and legs and one face. After this surgery the people wondered around looking for their other half. I think that this story gives hope to everyone in finding true love. I do think you end up in a place to find to love even though so people are blind to it because of their judgment.
love...hmmmmm. well, to me true lasting love dosnt really exist. Maybe its just cuz ive seen love screw everything up, or i just havnt experienced it yet myself. Sure people fall in love, but honestly, they fall out of it just as quick as it starts. The love you see in movies is a myth, its just really good acting that make us all believe that someone could honestly care about us that much for our entire lives. To me, keeping a relationship/marrige going, or staying in "love" is about tollerating somebody who you care about, and whose company you really enjoy. People who say that they've been in love for years have just gotten really good at it. When you fall in love, the person who you love changes, and sometimes those changes are so extreme that love slips away. Married couples who have been together for 15 or 20 years have learned to tolerate or even like those changes, but love is a short lived thing. Once the initial flame dies out love turns into extream liking. I think that there are tons of loves for everyone. its only logical, i mean, out of the six billion people on this planet having only one love ment for you seems a little rediculious. If that were true alot of peope would be SOL cuz chances are their "true love" is no where near them. Its just about who you meet first, and fall the most for. However, some people only get one chance to love. Once youve fallen in love once, and seen the damage it does when it dosnt work out, you never want to risk that again. So convincing your self to do it again is nearly physicaly impossible. I think that once we are hurt that badly, our mind does everything it can to protect us. its instinct not to make ourselves taht vaulnerable. Love is a huge factor in who we are and who we become, but its not what we all dream about it being. But, as a teenager, i have alot to learn, so who knows.
My definition of love is that two people have a strong bond and have that natural click. Love to me is no little high school relationship but is much deeper. True love comes from deep inside of you and you will know if it's true. You may be very close to someone but still not have a love relationship. I see this comming from some celeberities etc. They think they are in love but sometimes money was just a factor and it was never true love. I think there is true love for everyone. It may take a wile to find but eventually it will find you. Some people just meet that random stranger and end up married a year later and then live a good life. Others say that it is when you will do anytihng for that other person. You can still care about someone so much that you will do anything for them, but that could describe a strong friendship as well. I don't know what love is, but it's soposed to be a really great feeling. I do believe that there is someone out there for everyone, but it is all a game of opportunity and chance. Love can be complicated. I think that love is fate, and you find it when you least expect it. I believe that there are many different kinds of love out there. There's the love that you have for your family and friends, and then there is relationship love. I believe true love is rare, and when you have it, you know you are ment to be with that person forever.
I personally think that every single person in this world has a different definition of love. My definition of love is caring about someone so deeply that your life would be very different without them. There would always be a little piece of yourself missing if they pass away or leave you. Your life is incomplete when they are away and you would do anything to protect them or to make them happy. I believe there is true love out there for everyone; you may find it early or later in life. I believe you may never find it in you lifetime. I believe everyone has a soul mate but I think that instead of putting an effort into finding someone you should wait for them to come to you. I'm not sure if I will ever find my true love. I've seen glimpses of it in other people. Love bring people happiness and to me, a sense of security and comfortability. Like John Lennon said, "All you need is love."

Love is complicated. There are different types of love. There is the love that God has for us. There is the love between a parent and a child. There is love between friends. There is the love between a man and woman. The relationship examples of Tiger Woods and Chris Brown are not good examples because love is not dishonest or controlling. The Bible tells us, “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not rude, it does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes always perseveres.” While I am not perfect, I will do my best to treat love like the above quote.
I believe there is a true love for everyone, some people find it and some people don’t. I believe this because I believe in love. I have a very loving family so I know it is possible. I believe that I will find my true love it is just that I don’t know when.
Well I would describe love in 3 different way. One way is a family way. You love your family more than anything. you can go to they with everything. I really believe they are the only ones you can actually trust.You family are the ones who you can depend on to support you in your worst times and always be there for you at any moment. Love to me is a reserved place in your heart in which another person occupies. Love has a variety of forms which can only be understood by the persons who share their love for one another. I do not believe that there is one true love for everyone. There is not enough time for an individual to search this world for their significant other. I believe that true love is between two people only. There can't be a "secret partner" in the bunch. One can not get board with his/her lover and "throw them in a closet like a toy that one would never play with again.*" I believe that there is a one true love for everyone. It just takes time to know who you love (this coming from the voice of (no) experience). Judging from what I have seen in the world -- many dating couples, married couples, and children of the married couples, I would have to conclude that there is someone out there for you if you look hard enough. I am hoping that I will end up in a place to fine my true love, but I will never know when, where, or even if that will happen. I do believe that love is an important part of the way we live. If we didn't love (emotionally), then the race wouldn't continue. Love keeps life going.

Well, i think love is very different for everyone. But one thing itall has in common is having true deep feelings for someone no matter what. You dont judge them. I think that love can be loving your family, friends, boyfriend/girlfriend. Love means that you care for someone and you would go out of your way to do something for them and they mean alot to you. I think if you love someone you would feel so different not having them around, or anything, and if they hurt you in some way its worse than someone that doesnt matter, because you put trust into people you love. I dont really think there is one true love for everyone. Everyone changes and it makes relationships harder, but i think on occasion theirs people who love a person so much to fight through the changes and tough situations. I dont really know if i could end up in a place for true love, i mean if it came to me sure, and theirs people i will always love. Love is defined in so many different ways. Personally I do not know how to definde love. I think that there is a difference between love and being IN love. For instance I love a lot of people like my friends and family but I have never been in love. I think that many girls my age find themselves with boys and they think that they are in love. In actuality, I do think that true love exsists but its something you can not look for. Its somthing that if it is meant to happen, will find you. I learned in church that love is a purposeful commitment to serve. I agree with that definition mostly, in order to love your enimies you have to be willing to serve them. Not matter what they do or say you have to be there for them, I think that is the perfect definition when it comes to people in our everyday life, including our family. I disagree with this defintition when it comes to the person that your going to marry. I think in order to be in love with someone to want to be with them for the rest of you life there has to be a certian level of passion and attraction. You cant just go around marrying people that your willing to serve. I do believe that there is one true love for everyone, but I think that depending on where you heaed in life it can change. I think that love is when two people truly care about each other. When they would do anything for that person and all they want is to be with that person. I feel like everyone sooner or later will find their true love. I think that their are so many people out in the world, that there has to be someone for everyone. I agree with Kaleigh when she says that god put two people on earth for a reason. And even though it takes some people longer to find that one person, their out there somewhere. And so I would say yes I do think that one day I will find my true love. It may take a few people for me to get to that one person, but like I said before I believe that there is someone for everyone.

I think of love as an emotional, passionate bond towards a person. I think that when two people are in love, they have a passion so great towards each other that they would sacrifice anything to be together. To me, love is when you put someone elses feelings (your true love) before your own. I believe that two people were put on this earth to fall in love with eachother and spend the rest of their lives together. I've seen it with my grandparents and my parents. My grandparents were a great example of this. They got married in their twenties and spent the rest of their lives together. My parents were highschool sweethearts. I feel that there is a time and a place for everything and that one day everyone will find their true love.

I honestly dont know what love is. Im not gonna lie, I have never been in a relationship before. I dont know what love towards another feels like, except the love towards my family and friends. But I think that kind of love is different then the love you have towards someone you think you want to spend the rest of your life with. I would want my love towards someone to feel as if we were working together and going through battles helping each other as one. I do believe that there is a special someone out there for everyone. I believe that everything happens for reason, I think that the person you end up with in the end is the one you were ment to be with. It may take a while for you to find that special someone but I believe that their out looking for you to.
Love is a small simple word but has much meaning and feeling behind it. I think that there are different types of loves as-well. For instance you don't love your family in the same way as you love a wife or girlfriend. Love is a strong feeling of happiness or joy that is given off between two people. I do think there is a true love for everybody. I think that it is up to you to find the person who will truly be there for you for ever. If you don't really find this true love you will settle for something you try to make perfect but just won't work in the long run. This is why there is so many divorces now a days. Like i said before you have to take it upon yourself to find your own true love. Others can't do this very important decision for you. With this being said i think the only place to find true love is in your heart.

My view of love is two people that want to be with each other for the rest of their lives. I define it as two people living their lives together, and being able to make each other laugh and smile, but still be romantic with each other. I do beleive that there is one true love for somebody, a lot of people just havnt found that person yet. I most definitely have not found my true love. I think that I will find her when I least expect it, or when im at the lowest point of my life. Some one that will bring me up out of the bad times I guess. Some one that can actually stand my personality.

I define love as not being able to live one second without your other half. Both care about each other so much that they would go to any length for each other. Personally i have different concept on love than other people my age, even though some think im arrogant. I dont think most know what it is like, I sure as hell dont. People throw around love after dating for two weeks and im not into that. Personally, i dont think high school relationships are love, i see love as being with someone for a long time and being with them every minute of every day to finally realize you cant get enough of them. Some may have special relationships, that they might have went through enough to say this but alot arent. I think that s people look for love, and you need to have it come to you. I think that theres one person out there for everyone, and for some it takes a long time to find this. Personally, and as i feel for many others, its too early to tell if ill ever find that someone. I hope i do but theres so many factors that will end up bringing me to someone in the future its hard to tell.
I would dfine love as when two people are truly connected to each deep down. This means that they could tell their wife/girlfriend anything in the world and not worry about what others think about you. I believe that there is someone for every one. I believe this because that there is someone out there for everyone because I have seen it happen to people. For example my uncle married someone that was perfect for him. They both make each other happy because they both love doing the smae things. They both are into old farm equiment and stuff like that and they are like two peas in a pod. Since I believe there is true love I think I might end up in it. I think that because if my uncle did anybody could( you have to know him to get what I mean). He even said he was never going to get tied down.
My view on love is basically two people that want to spend the rest of their lives together. To me lovewise, there are two types of people in the world. One who let love find them and make something or risk not finding it. There is also the person that gets up and looks for love to assure themselves to recieve it. Personally i don't know what love is. I am only 16 years old. I don't think i am expected to know what love is. I will find out what love is when i am struck by it or it finds me. Until then i am just left wondering.

To personally define love, is very hard to do. I dont think there is a definition of it at all. The best definition would just be to experience it. I guess I believe that there is one true love for everyone. You can still be in love before you find that true one though. Your true love is the one that you end up staying with. I honestly dont know and I dont want to find out if I will end up in a place to find my true love. I just take life as it comes, and I dont want to try and predict my future. Whatever happens, happens.

Love is a lot of things. I think it is something that makes a person crazy. Not crazy literally but crazy for them. They would do anything for them. I do believe there is one true love for everyone because a lot of people cant stand each other. You have to find someone you can put up with. I hope i find a girl that i would like to marry someday. I think it will happen. I just hope shes cool and gets me. I think yes it will happen.

People say love is a choise not a feeling. I think they are both. Its a feeling of passion/compassion and a strong bond. I do think people are meant to find one true love. I think there is one person for everyone its just hell to find out who. There are many different kinds of love. There is friendships, intimate relationships, family, pets, or love for a hobby. Its just a feeling that is the greatest feeling.

I think love is when two people care so much about each other that they would go to the end of the world and more to be together. I think true love only exists if you want it to, you can have multiple loves in your life whether it be a person or a passion. I think we find our true love when we are at our worst possible time in life. We meet them, they nurse us back to normal; form a bond; and voila! You're married and have no friends or social life.
