Day 6
Today you can choose between free blog and current event. If you choose free blog, do not just list things you did last weekend but make it about something that tells who you are as a person or something we do not know about you. If you choose current event, then make sure you cite your source and nothing about Tiger Woods as I am bored of this story.

So I think the weirdest thing about me is that I am allergic to seventeen different things. I have a really bad allergy toward shell fish and I could die if I eat it. I think the dumbest one of all is tomatoes. This means I cannot have pizza, spaghetti, salsa…anything with tomatoes with it. I hate this allergy! I feel like pizza is the only thing they have at party’s so I always have to eat before I go. Then those who do know what I am allergic to, either gets me something else or they eat it in front of me (Like my parents). I feel bad about the times my friends get me something different because then they are sacrificing something they really want to eat because of me. They say that some people can get ride of allergies over time. In this case I hope I can get over the tomato allergy!

Today I will be doing a free blog. Something that people don't know about me is that I plan on volunteering at the hospital over winter break. Not only is volunteering a good thing to do, but I plan on working in a hospital when I graduate college. I want to be a cardiologist when im older. Spending more time in a hospital is good way to get the feel of working in a hospital. I think that everyone should volunteer in some way during the holidays. As we know, the economy isn't doing very well and people are struggling to get by. By volunteering, you are not only helping others, but you are helping yourself. When you help people who are less fortunate, it makes you realize how much you really have. I know a lot of kids are just planning on relaxing and just hanging out with friends over break, but I encourage those kids to really think about what they are blessed with, and consider doing something helpful and productive over break.

For my free blog i will choose to talk about Modern Warfare 2. Now this game has been sweeping the nation with its totally awesomness. Its not just that its is killing and blood and guts. Modern Warfare 2 is a game where u can be a Marine Ranger, or a Navy Seal. You can also be in a forigne army. Playing on xbox live is a totally different story. It gives you the ability to reck shit and be a totally different person. I have spent about 4 and a half days of my life playing that game already and i don't regret it one bit. I am addicted and so are millions of others.
STRATIGIES-
There is only one stratigy for succsess in MW2, CAMP! In order to win you must be patient enough to camp with your M16, Red Dot, Claymores, Stun X2, Scavenger Pro, Stopping Power Pro, Commando Pro or Ninja Pro.
That is the only Assult rifles i use are the M16 and sometimes M4, or ACR. For Sniping you can use either the Barret 50. Cal., Thermal, Claymore, StunX2, Scavenger Pro, Stopping Power Pro, Commando Pro.
You could also use the Intervention with Thermal but the Barret is better.
I could go on for 3 more hours but i must stop myself.

For my free blog today I am going to talk about snow. Starting today we are actually supposed to accumulations of snow. A winter storm is being tracked and we are under a winter weather advisory until early tommorow morning. I find this very exciting. I like the snow and I am dissapointed when we don't have snow on christmas. I think that the snow brightens up the holiday. I've been waiting for the snow to fall for a while now and im happy that it finnaly is. Overall, the snow makes the holidays much better and im excited that it is finnaly falling.
I chose to do a current event for my blog. An American student (Amanda Knox) was studying abroad in Italy. She was found guilty of murdering her room mate, Meredith Kerchner. Her parents and many others are challenging that she did not get a fair trial. There is indications that she was interrogated for 41 hours and had said things under duress. Amanda's father indicated her character was unjustly assasinated in the trial to make her a person that she was not. Yes, it is sad that Meredity was killed; but, did Amanda get a fair trial in another country where she had little rights. Many students chose to study abroad and it can be a wonderful experience. This case is a reminder of how careful you have to be and realize you are at the mercy of another country. Amanda will be appealing this decision and with any luck she will get a fair trial. I have heard a lot of different things on this case and I am not sure if she did murder her room mate. But, I do not think she got a fair trial and the media had already convicted her before the trial ever began.

Well, something you might not know about me is that I am in love with snowboarding. It is without a doubt my favorite sport. To me its not even a "sport" though. I like to just go out and snowboard by myself, bumpin my favorite song, allll day. I could do that all day everyday. Except it is also fun to snowboard with friends. For me, its more than just snowboarding though. I want to make it somewhere with my snowboarding. Im pretty good, and I know that. I snowboard first and foremost because I love it and I have fun. I think the thing that separates me and a few others though, is that we snowboard with determination. We really strive to improve ourselves everyday. Ahhhhh I love snowboarding.
Today in my free blog i would like to talk about my wrestling tournament on saturday. On saturday we had a tournament in Pinnconing in which we did really well. As for me i placed 5th out of 15 other kids. Other of my teammates did really well and i was surprised with some of there efforts. As a team we placed in the tournament which Lakeland wrestling hasn't done in a really long time. We placed 3rd out of 15 schools which is one of our top bests in the past 5 years. I would like to give the credit to our new coach and i would like to say he is doing a great job.
Today I attended challenge day. It was my second time ever going to challenge day and I loved it. When you are there you don't have to worry about anyone judging you, I would love for our school to be like that everyday. I saw a new side of a lot of people that I probably could have never seen if it wasn't for this day. I loved the environment and everything about challenge day. I wish more people would have went though because it is an amazing experience. I even learned a lot about teachers and other adults I would have never known. I am also volunteering at White Lake middle school tomorrow for their challenge day. When I grow older I think it was would a great to be a part of the challenge day staff and go to schools and host the event.
Today I am going to talk about Challenge Day. I know that a lot of people think that challenge day is all about people crying and telling sad stories and basically complaining about their life, but that is not the case. While challenge day does have a lot to do with sad stories, it is not all about that. The point of that particular exercise is to show that everyones life is not perfect, things will heal quicker if you talk about it, and people arent going to use things like family issues against you. But that is only half of challenge day. The other half is having fun, and getting comfortable just being yourself. People spent all day running around and dancing like no one is watching because everyone was doing it and no one was going to judge them. How much better would this world be if you didnt have to be afraid of being judged. Thats what the other half is about. Stopping the prejudice, stopping the bullying, stopping the judgement. If only the people who went to challenge day we might get closer to this goal, but it will never be reached. If people who didnt go tried to aceheive this goal, we might not acheive it, but we would get a lot farther a lot quicker. I guess what I am saying is, is that do not just write challenge day off. Its there for you, as much as the people who actually went.
Today, I will do a free blog. Something that some of you may not know is that i recently got my wisdom teeth removed. I got them out the friday after thanksgiving thinking it would be no big deal. But, i was in for a wake up call. It was pretty bad, they had to put me to sleep, and took all four of them out at the same time. The recovery was the worst part of it though. My family kept making fun of me because my face puffed up, so i looked like a chipmunk;it was pretty embarrasing. But now i can finally eat normal foods, not just pudding and soup haha. So anyone who is planning on getting their wisdom teeth out soon, good luck.
Today i am blogging about what i want to do when i get older. As i grow up i plan to go to college and get a degree in buisness and hopefully go into the marketing industry in sports and entertainment. The resason i want to go into that industry is mainly because i love working around other people and i love money. I hope to work for the Palace of Auburn Hills, and get all of the bennifits that come with working there. It is a very challenging industry to be in because there is a lot of responsibility that comes with that job and you need to be able to think outside the "box." The plan that i have that will hopefully help me in reaching my goal is to for one graduate high school, and two get my degree. So far in high school i have taken all of the marketing classes you can take and i realize that this is what i want to do for the rest of my life.

For my free blog I'm going to tell you how i express myself. One way that i express myself is snowboarding. I love to snowboard, when I go flying down the hill i feel so free and like I could fly. I love it. Even though I'm not very good i still feel so accomplished when i successfully do something new. Another way I like to express myself is through music. I love listening to songs that can explain exactly how I feel. I love turing them up and singing them as loud as i can.

For my free blog I am going to write about my fear of frogs. It is a dumb fear, because frogs are harmless, but I absolutely hate frogs, and they creep me out. Its not really a fear exactly, because I'm not afraid of them, they just really gross me out. I used to be okay with them, until I watched someone eat a live frog on TV, and I couldn't stand frogs since. My dad and sister think that this is really funny, which its not, so they always pick them up and chase me with them. My dad has put them in my bed and will bring one into the house when he finds one, and its disgusting. This fear made it really hard for me to dissect a frog in ninth grade. I think this is a fear I will get over someday, but for now, I will not get near a frog.
For my free blog today I'm going to talk about being thankful for what I have. Thanksgiving was a couple of weeks ago and some people stop and think about what they have but most people just ignore it and go for the food. I think I'm a pretty grateful person in general but this past weekend I realized how much I can take things for granted. I dropped my phone in the sink and it completely stopped working and I had to go out and get a new one. So from friday to monday I didn't have a phone and I didn't like it. I realized that theres a lot of people out there who never have a cell phone and never will. Its kind of like the whole you don't know what you have till its gone thing. Now I'm trying to think and apply this not just to my phone but to the rest of my life like family and friends too and realizing how much I have and should be thankful for.
Id like to think of myself as a person who accepts anyone and everyone. I dont look at the differences of other people, rather I think of how were alike. Im usually pretty quite but love talking to people. I try to go to church as much as I can on sundays, although i've been slackin and God knows it. I understand people. I can usually get what people are saying or going to say before they spit their words out. I can read people if they have something on their mind or what their feeling. I feel I know what to say and when to say things. I know what to talk about around certain people. I understand what to say to start a conversation. I think of myself as a good listener.

For my free blog i will talk about Epolepsy. When i was just 5 years old i was diagnosed with Epolepsy. Epolepsy is a disorder where you have seizures from time to time. When i was 6 years old i had a grandmol seizure. I had been asleep and woke up seizing. My mom heard me and jumped out of bed. She ran into my room and turned me over, she went to feel my heart, nothing. She panicked so she called 9-11, but there was very little time left. She ran outside and layed me down on the driveway waiting for the Ambulance. The Ambulance arrived and i was taken to the ER. I was given an EEG where they measure brain waves. Everything came out normal and i was sent home. I woke up on the couch when i got home, looked over at my mom and she was crying. She looked at me and she said, "You were minutes away from dying." I looked at her and i said "I love you mom." I went back to sleep. I have not had a seizure since then(knock on wood). I am rid of seizures for the rest of my life.

For my free blog i have choosen to talk about me love for animals. I do not exactly love all animals but i do care for the majority of them and do not like hearing about the abuse for them and other terrible things. Out of all the animals, my favorite has to be the dog. In my life, i have not once, not had a dog in my family and plan on not changing that for the rest of my life. On the other hand, i could not really care for cats. I have never really cared for cats and never had one im my house. Growing up though, i always wanted to be a vetrenarian and to help out all animals in need. I have always hated walking into pet stores due to the fact that, my mom or dad would nevre let me get anything i wanted and i always begged to bring home all the animals in there aand felt really bad. Another hing i hated to see and still do is the commercials for the humane society. I always feel like i have to change the channel or else im going to bust out crying. Well theres something you may not have known about me. Sorr it was a kind of lame subject, i had nothing else in mind.

For tonight's blog I'm going to write about my moods. Those of you who know me very well, know that I have my moods. However, majority of the time I'm happy, smiley, giggling, and all that fun stuff. Although sometimes, some people will say a comment to me, and it could ruin my day. Or I could receive a lower grade than I had hoped and I could be totally mad. I really don't like this about myself. Sometimes I feel like I'm bipolar or something, because I could be totally upset one moment then completely over it and all positive the next. It's just how I am, and I feel bad about it. I really don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, that's the one thing I absolutely do NOT want to do.

One thing about me is that I can't stand the cold. I literally dispise it. Since snow is comeing this just annoys me even more. I feel that in every season except for winter things just work out for me. It's like I have better luck and am much happier. When the snow comes I just go downhill. One reason for this I guess is that in winter I get a lot of migrains which results me missing a lot of school. Also, I'm forced to miss out on a lot of other stuff too. I get migrains in bad weather that changes drastically which is why this mainly happens in the winter and when winter is turning into spring. I think that I'm going to move to a warmer state when I'm older. I of course will miss the snowdays and white Christmases though.

For my free blog I'm going to talk about what I have come to realize today. Today I attended challenge day. This was an amazing experience and I'm so glad that I decided to go. Not only was I able to share my feelings, but I learned a lot about the people I see on a regular basis. Out of habit, I behave the same and stay in my comfort zone. Instead of taking a chance and reaching out to someone that may need it, I reside in my bubble. Also I have come to realize things that I take for granted that others live without. I'm so thankful to of had the chance to open my eyes to life. Whether it be good or bad, its real. As the result of challenge day, I feel like everyone is capable of making a better change for themselves.
For my free blog I would like to write about my superstitions. I don't know if many other are, but I definately am. Most of these come with education and sports. In school, I hVe to make notecards before vocabulary tests. I do not even study the cards at home, all I have to do is write them. It worked for me last year andi have to keep the trend. In sports, especially hockey I have manysuperstitions and routines. Before games, i put on all equiptment left side first, whether it's compression shorts, elbow pads, or my helmet straps. Next, I must retape mystick before every time we skate, andhave to wet my face right before games. Next, in warmups I always am last out of the locker room, and always go to the bench and stretch my groins. In baseball, before every pitch in the field, I pat my glove. Also, I always have to fix my helmet after everypitch when I'm hitting. I don't know why ido any of these things. I think they are somewhat just habits, but ifeel I have to do them. I would like to learn more about superstitions and why people do them. I just thought people mightve been interested by it.
my favorite holiday is christmas!!! i am so excited for the rest of this month. i love the first real snowfall and just how this season feels, not to mention the 2 weeks we get out of school! a big part of christmas i love is giving. this season always makes me feel more compelled to help out with things and do community service. but i also love he gift giving. i love when i can find the perfect present for someone. don't get me wrong i love getting gifts to! i really don't care what i get as long as i get to guess what somehthing is and unwrap. besides giving and getting i love spending! time with my family! it's a great time where my brother comes home and both ides of my family get together.i love christmas and everything that comes with it!
Okay, so for my free blog, I plan to tell you about my BEST FRIEND! Her name is Amanda Leigh Barger, and we've only been friends since about January, and since then we've basically been inseperable. We hung out every day over summer, and every weekend before school got out. And, eventually, we started to look alike. Or, at least thats what we've been told. When we hang out, we do the craziest things. We go on "adventures" and end up at the horse stables in Highland Rec without even knowing it, make up weird noises, run down the street like dinosuars; rawring, playing at parks and documenting it all in pictures and videos. We pretty much never wear our own clothes, we always borrow things from eachother. Like, every freakin day, we have something of eachothers on; shoes, shirts, pants, sweaters, etc. We like to have dance parties in my bedroom, and we make pretty much everything inappropriate. I swear we have telepathy, because we finish eachothers sentences on a regular basis. We have given eachother a bunch of nicknames, for example: ayye-bomb&swagguh, or samson&mandiipoop :D We never get bored, we ALWAYS find something to occupy us. She has become more than a best friend to me, shes more like my twin. She is basically the only person that knows me. Amanda is one of the only people I can count on, and I have become a better person since we have become friends. She could walk into my house at 3am, and always be welcome. She has become another daughter to my parents, and shes part of the family. I wouldn't want it any other way.
By the way, she told me to write about her, so I did. (:

Today for my free blog i want to talk about my fear of tinfoil. I have been scared of tinfiol for as long as i can remember. Its an irrational fear and usually somthing happens to people when they are young for irrational fears, but im not sure if anything really happend for me to be scared of it. Im not sure exacly when i started being scared of it or why. It weirds me out, the noisee the feel andd the sound. Everything about tinfiol makes me cringe. a lot of people try to get me to touch it butt i wouldnt for anything. It makes me wanna pukeee. BLAHHH tinfoillllllllllllllllllll.
For my free blog, I am going to talk about Christmas. Christmas is one of my favorite holidays, and not just because you get presents. I love walking through a Christmas section at stores, I get a happy feeling every time i do. Although Christmas music gets annoying I love it for a few weeks. I don't know why, but I've just always loved the atmosphere of Christmas, everyone seems to be happier and nicer to others. And another thing about this time of year that I like is being able to spend so much time with my family. I love when my cousin from Wisconsin come and we get to see each other only one time a year and that's during Christmas break. Just all and all everything just seems better around Christmas time.Even my close family like my brothers and grandparents, its fun to be able to spend time with them .

I chose to do a current event. My mom's been talking about this HUGE storm, and i found an article about it. Fierce winds ripped away the roof of a police station, thousands of people lost power and drivers stuck by closed highways settled in to wait as storms swept out of the West to the nation's midsection Tuesday.
Some schools closed before the worst of the storm was expected to hit so that school buses wouldn't slip on slick roads. So theres no power, schools are closed, roads are not able to be driven on, and winds are damaging houses. This relates to me because i go to school, and my mom and dad have to drive to work everyday. if the roads are like that, they won't be able to get to work, or they make get into an accident because of the road conditions. plus, not only is the temperature very cold, the power is out so there is no way to heat the houses without power.

As a kid I was really funny. My mother tells me about it often. I shall share one with you. My dad was working on his car and he hurt himself. He was about to say son of a bitch, but he stopped after saying "of a". Now as a kid I was apparemtly familiar with this saying. So, I finished his sentence and said, "Bitch, dad, son of a bitch". He went to my mom and said, "Do u know what your son just said?". Of course my mom thought, "Well if he's MY son now it must be something bad." So my dad told her, and i'm pretty sure I got into trouble.

For my free blog I would like to talk about hunting. I've hunted ever since I was a little kid and have loved it since. For Christmas about four years ago my grandpa gave me his .308 winchester rifle. This is the gun I use, along with my 20 gauge. So far this year, I haven't gotten a deer. Ive only been out twice during rifle season and didnt even see a deer. I sometimes get discouraged but thats just how it goes sometimes. I think being out in the woods is good for me as a person for many reasons. It takes me away from my busy schedule and gives me time to relax. It also makes me appreciate the simpler things in life. Hopefully I will get to do some late season bow hunting and maybe get a deer.

My free blog today is about little kids. Today, me and my two friends volunteered to help this elementary's school art club after school today. I love little kids, they are so cute and fun, but today i was reminded how extremely annoying they can be. This one girl started to cry because she thought she messed up and we could'nt get her to calm down. Another kindergarden boy made a HUGE mess and almost ate paint. I babysit alot and the kids I babysit are very good so I don't usually deal with these kind of things. I know that is how all kids act, and I know thats how I must have acted also. It's kind of funny to think how people thought the same thing about me and other kids when we were that age like we are thinking of those kids. Helping the kids today also reminded me how stress-free my life used to be.
For my free blog im going to talk about a current event. New Orleans test case for global warming. Climate change is happening now. The world already is having the consequences, rising sea levels, more violent storms, more frequent flooding and prolonged droughts. For this to change all communities must make changes. We must reuce carbon emissions. I think that if we are going to change global warming we all have to do some thing about it.
Today I am going to choose to do a free blog. My free blog is about how much better I have been doing in school. During last term I was not really applying myself as much as I probaly should have. I was constently being bitched at by my mom and dad to get my grades so I can graduate high school. I wasn't really taking them seriously until they sat me down and said that they were giving up on me and that it was up to me to get wether or not I sank or swam. That was was real eye opener for and thus far in the new term I have been doing pretty well for the most part. I have been doing all of my blogs, studying for test and quizes and turning in my homework on time. What I have been doing isn't really that complicated, I just takes a little reasponsiblity and commitment.

Last weekend on Friday night I ran one of my military simulation games like I do most Friday nights. This was a private game that I only invited school kids to and a few police officers I know. We had a good time being that it was our first event this season. Next weekend our games go public again. Saturday I hunted opening day for muzzle loader season. I did not get anything but I allways love the outdoors, it's just relaxing. The rest of the weekend I just relaxed and did homework. Thats what goes on during my average weekend.
For my blog I feel like doing a current event. My current event is about a WWII/vietnam vetran that is fighting his neighbors about a flagpole that he has in his front yard. He is a medal of honor recipiant and also has many other medals. I cannot believe that the neighborhood that he lives in is fighting him over this. If I was them I would be ashamed to try to tell a patriotic man like him that he can't have a flagpole in his own yard with an American flag on it. It looks like his neighbors are unpatriotic communists. This outrages me because all he is trying to do is show his patriotism for the country that he loves and served for for many years of his life. I am also suprised that this is happening because Colonel Van Barfoot lives near Richmound, Virgina. I'm suprised because Colonel Van Barfoot lives in the South, home of some of the most patriotic Americans.

Since I made the pom team the beginning of my freshman year, I have been working my butt off. I truly love the sport and I find it very rewarding and fun. It is something I have to look forward to most of the time when school seems really boring or stressful. Even though I have injuries, I still give my all at practice, competitions, and other performances. I help make up pom routines and I am a leader on the team and I just made one of the captain spots on my team this week. The support I got from most of the girls on the team was great and I feel very honored to be captain my junior year. Although I rightfully earned captain by workig my butt off though, I feel like there are a few of my teammates that are mad adn don't feel like I deserve it. It upsets me because I know I've earned this because my teammates voted me captain but people are still mad that I got it for some reason. I guess I'll never know why people can't be happy for someone when they earned something fairly. I am going to just try to keep my head high and do what's best for the team. I am excited for this season and the rest to come.
Tonight I'm going to free blog. Something that no ones knows is that I used to Irish dance when I was little. Since my family is Irish my mom and dad wanted me to Irish dance. So I joined with one of my old best friends Shannon. I danced for little over a year. I thought it was the coolest thing. After the first level I quit. I joined the second level to late and couldn't catch up, so that's why I quit. I kind of wished I wouldn't have because it was really cool. But yeah I just thought I would share that to everyone. Because it's kind of interesting to know.

For tonight I am going to do a current event. Tuesday President Obama called for 150 billion dollars or more to be put into the economy. He is hoping this will make a much stronger recovery and bring unemployment out of the double digits. Obama said " we will have to spend our way out of this recession." More than 7 million people have lost their jobs since the recession began. The jobless rate is at 10% right now, he is hoping to lower that. Obama also stated that we avoided the depression that many peaople feared. Though this is not official, I hope they pass this proposal.

For tonight, I am going to blog about my experience of Challenge Day. Today was the first time I had ever participated in Challenge Day. This morning when I first walked into the gym I didn't know what to expect. It was very different. The activities we did were fun, intense, and sad. I learned a lot about myself and the other people who participated. I made bonds with others that I had never even seen before. I restored bonds with past friends and aquaintances as well. Participating in Challenge Day really helped me realize really how hard it is to live on this Earth. It also made me realize how lucky I actually am with my life right now. I am going to be the change. I know this all sounds really cheesy but to me it's real. It is something I am going to stand by my entire life. I am so glad I went to Challenge Day and I encourage anyone who is curious to go next year. I'll be there.

Something people dont know about me is that I am a total nerd. I enjoy math, and science; im a total tank at them because I enjoy learning how the world works through math. Like I love physics, if I could I would totally marry it and make love to it, much like the way I would make love to Jenna Jamison (that was for Mr.Kay). Also a lot of people dont know I play nerdy games: world of warcraft, Dungeons and Dragons, etc. People dont think im really a nerd because of my outstanding athletic ability. I would compare myself to the Devin Hester of track, im fast and I get the job done when its needed. Now a totally off the point note, I hate people that think picking on, racist pepole. Oh and I am black.
My free blog today is about Tiger Woods . . . Just kidding. My free blog is about school, teachers, and the real world. In this wonderful little fortress (some sarcasm, and some truth) we call the "high school," we learn what it takes to become responsible adults. High schools are beneficial to our future as a whole population. We need to use this time to really learn our about how we want to spend the rest of our lives. We as students have almost unlimited resources to help that will assist us in being successful in college and in the real world. We have guidance counselors that help to lead us into the right classes. We have lots of equipment like computers that can help connect us to resources that interest us. Finally, and most importantly, we have teachers. Teachers are the people that dedicate themselves to teaching a younger generation. Some of the most strange, mean, and "over-homework-assigning" people (as some students see it) are actually sometimes the best. None-the-less, teachers are the people that help us to live a well off life, for whatever field we decide to go into. Thank you teachers.
Today in my free blog I am going to talk about my day today. Today I went to challange day. It was a very good expierence. I laughed, I cried, it was an emotional day. But what I got from this is I realized yeah I might have it tough sometimes, and my take things I have for granted. But so many other kids have it so much worse then I do. I saw what people went threw that I didnt ever think would have it that hard. it made me think about everything in my life, and now before I go and treat people the way I do, im gonna think before I do it. Would it affect them in anyway? Am I emontionaly hurting this person? Respect is the key word.
For my free blog I want to talk about my friend with an uncureable disease called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), or Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome (RSDS). She is currently a senior at Lakeland, and I am part of the Research group FIGHTER and RSDSA. This disease is a nervous system disorder, and the main symtom is extreme pain and sensitivity. Usualy this results in swelling, discoloration, and bone loss. She only has it in legs for the most part, but over time it can spread throughout your entire body and possibly paralize you. There are a few treatments, but none have proved effecient. For the most part, doctors and researchers don't know what the cause is or how to treat it. They know it is caused from nerve damage but thats about it. It just scares me sometimes when my best friend is in severe pain. I just want to help but there is not a lot I can do. I don't want her to have to go through this alone. Hopefully we will be able to do presentations on CRPS/RSDS for the school to spread word about it and how to help.

i love freeeee bloggsss!!!!!!
well today i am going to talk about challenge day. i have done it before in middle school and i loved it. But i wanted to get another experience with it in high school. And i probably had one of the best days today. We started off playing games and having a good time, then we started to crack down and really get into it. There were a couple of tears shed from me and from others. We got really into it and it was pretty sad by the end. I would love for our whole school to be different. Everyone just to be loving and caring, no leaving anyone out anymore. I never really realize how many people were left out or hurt from so many people in our school and its not fair. I know i would hate being that person. ):
i would high recommended doing challenge day before you get out of high school. you will gain a lot from it. i know i did.
I think i will just free blog. Something a lot of people dont know is my middle name. It is fortune. Yeah it is pretty messed up but is alright i guess. I dont reallly know what my parents were thinking when they chose that. I guess my uncles middle name is also fortune. It sounds kind of chinese but its all good. Also, dont like being this tall. It kind of sucks because everyone else is small. I think 6 foot would be perfect. Im thankful that i am healthy though.

I have chosen to do my free blog on the importance of friendships and how greatful I am for my friends. Friendships are an important part of anyone's life. Actually, any relationship is, whether its good or bad, or even if its close or distant. Everyone is effected by relationships and their social lives. True friends are hard to find. However, my friends for the most part are there for me. I can be myself around them, and they respect me for that. They will back me up in any situation and I am greatful to have them. They also keep me from being bored on the weekends, and they provide entertainment. I would hate to be a social hermit and not talk to anyone because then I would feel like something's missing from my life. No one has lived until they have found a good friend who is like family. I also have girlfriend who I know now cares about me and she always there for me, even though we've had our disagreements in the past. Overall, friends are an essentail part of anyone's life, and really good friends are hard to come by.
Today i will do a free blog about how you handle a loss. Tonight the Lakeland Boys basketball team got are ass beat. I forget the score because i was so upset with the outcome. However now that it is over all my team and I can do is learn from it and move on. Babe Ruth once said he strikes out 4 times more than he hit homeruns. But when he struck out he always wanted to get right back up to bat and redeem himself. I feel that this is an obstacle are team must face. Many coaches say you can learn alot more about your team and the game of basketball in a loss than a win. I hope that my team and I can go to practice tomorrow fix the mistakes we made and rebound positively in are next game against Birmingham this Friday.

FOr tonights blog i i want to talk about life. I hate it when your just sitting there and all or a sudden you start getting flash backs of all those fun times youve had in your life, and you notice how much things have changed. You start to relize how fast life is passing by. It seems like just last year i was starting high school. Im not sure if im ready to grow up yet. I love being a teenager, its fun. I love acting like a kid and it being ok. I love being with my friends and i dont want it to end next year. Im not gonna lie if i could go back in time and relive my life i think i would, not that i regret some of the things iv done but just to have fun agian, i miss the old days, things have changed so much in my life, and there only going to change more. There is only one thing i regret about my life and that is taking things for granted. I wish i never took anything for granted. IM just gonna try to live for today and look forward to the future.
For my free blog I will be talking about my basketball game that happened tonight. We had a horrible first half and got dominated in the second half. Over all as a team we didn’t do as well as expected. Truly I just think the other team wanted it more then us. We were tied 23-23 at half time. By the end of the game they were up by at least 15 to 20 points. I don’t remember the score of the game because I was so upset at all the other thinks we did wrong on the court. We as a team need to put that behind us and move on and learn from our mistakes.

About two years ago we got a puppy a white cockapoo. We named him Sparty. My brother had a fear of dogs. He would barely touch Sparty Sparty always greets us like we have been away for days. He also wants to play all of the time. He try, to lay with us all of the time. My brother no longer fears any dogs. After a year we got another dog, a purebred Wheaton Terrier named Champ. James loved Champ with out even trying. Our dogs pulled our family closer together. We some times spend time in the family room and just playing with our loving dogs. Everyone in the family loves the dogs.
So im going to free blog about family. Right now the big news in my family is that my dad is moving home for a while. He hasn't really permanently lived here since hurricane Katrina hit so as you can imagine my mom is very excited. Most families think that being together is soo important and dont feel like a family without spending time together. That is important but its more important to continue feeling like a family and being a family when you cant be with each other...if that makes sense. What im saying is that its important to stay in touch with loved ones who cant be there for you physically, kind of. Family is very important to me. Even when your friends arent there, you hopefully know your family is. Even though my dad was across the country i know he was there for me. I love my family and im really glad that were all going to be together again.
So today im going to talk about my work.I work at a senior center, and the more i work the more stuff i have to do and tasks i have to take on by myself. The senior center is in waterford, and it is only 20 residents. We keep the residents happy, getting them in and out of bed and assist them wherever they need to go because most of hm have walkers or wheelchairs. Just about all of the residents have dementia which makes them confused all the time, or alzeheimers which makes them forget things. With the residents having these diseases it makes it kind of annoying. It gets funny though, i guess i was throwing cats at one lady, there were purple alligators in the living room, and today their were people robbers coming after us. Its funny and sad at the same time, its weird how we could all be when were old. Anyays, i have to give showers, take them to the bathroom, feed some of them and lift them in and out of bed. Its more work then it sounds like. It seems gross at first, but its annoying when people say crap to me about it, like grow up because its gunna be you when youre old; wouldnt you want someone taking care of you well? i sure would, so i like my job and the hard work put into it, it will pay off in the long run especially because i want to go into nursing.
For my free blog I am going to talk about my friends. My friends mean the world and more to me. There are those friends that I have had since I was really little, and friends that I am just now starting to spend time with. I also have many many friends that I am not super close with or I once was close with but now they have faded out of my life. It is never easy to let go of a friend and I am always trying extremely hard to make sure that I don't let my busy scedule overwhelm me to the point that I let those who mean so much to me fade away. In the past I have forgotten about the ones I need the most which led to our friendship being crushed. Right now I have some of the best friends a girl could ask for and I have no idea where I would be without them in my life. I just want to make it a goal to never let the friends who mean so much to me get pushed behind other things going on in my life to the point that our friendship could start to fade.
so my free blog im going to talk about my wonderful suspenshion(sp haha)!! it suckedd!! i have some strict parents and i was not a break for me! not even close. all week i was busy doing something like mopping the house raking my huge f***en yard. 20 damn piles and i only got one side of my froent yard, i still have the whole other side and the back!! ya!! i also got in a lot of trouble although it was the STUIPEST reason to get in trouble for. i didnt do anything a yet i get acused for it. w.e. the rules are jacked and so not fair!
for todays blog, im going to talk about the bad weather we have been getting lately. The other night we were hit with that huge blizzard with snow, rain, and wind. Today was the same, but im happy there was just snow and wind. Personally i love the snow, i just seem to enjoy the activitys and cool things i can do with my friends. I live on a like too, so I have access to the lakefront during the winter, so i can snowboard, sled, ice fish, play hockey, and we even have sponsored dirtbike and quad races on whitelake. I also love winter because of the holidays. My favorite holidays are thanksgiving and christmas. Not much about the presents and things like that, but the amazing food my family makes, and seeing my family.
For my freeblog I want to talk about the addiction and mind altering effects of hardcore drugs. Its a weird topic but I have a lot to say. People start them "knowing" that they can stop whenever they want. They think they can control an addiction. They dont realize they are a miracle if they dont. Also these people can be the nicest person you know, but on a binge they are a completly different person. Either they dont care, or turn into extremely different but hurtful people. Its not the person that talks, or walks. Its the drug. Even when they realize this and want to change, its extremely difficult due to the addiction. I chose this because in my life ive known my share of drug addicts. Id rather not say who on this site, but someone extremely important in my life overdosed on them. When the people they were with noticed something was wrong, they did nothing. Now these people knew him/her but the drugs took them over. If they were not on these, they would have saved him in a heartbeat. Well called 911 whatever. The drugs turned them into non caring people even when a close friend was dying in front of them and had a chance. He could of been living today. This topic may be a lot, but I dont want anything like this to happen to someone else.

okay, well I already did this blog once, but i guess it didnt show up. I talked about snowboarding. Something that you may not know about me is that I love snowboarding. Alpine is open now, and has been since the 8th i believe. I've been up there everyday so far. Second day of the season i learned backflips......yeah. i hope we keep getting more snow, because more is always better. I take snowboarding as more than just a sport. I want it to take me somewhere in life. right now i am working with a photographer who is new in the industry and trying to get mine and his name out there. He is taking photos of me and trying to talk to people to get me sponsorship oppourtunities. I will always snowboard no matter what, even if it takes me no where. I just simply love doing it, and have fun, so im never going to stop.
I feel that parents dont trust their children as much as they should. Especially when they get to a certain age. By at least 16 I think you are mature enough to make your own decisions about your life. Your parents should step away and let their children do what they think is the right path for them. I know I am ready to choose what I want to do with my life. I want to be able to blame myself for my mistakes ive made, not my parents. I want to make my own mistakes in life, and choose the path that is right for me. Maybe they shouldnt judge you for what you do. If parents would just learn how to talk to their children instead of giving their opinion and telling them whats right for them. They dont know whats right for us, we know whats right for us. I do the things I do because I want to do them. Not to break the rules or make my parents mad at me. Parents now just freak out about the smallest things. Teens experiment and try new things to find what they are meant to do in life.
