Day 11
Does any attribute, quality, or skill distinguish you from everyone else? How did you develop it? How does this skill make you feel about yourself? If there is the chance that you want to answer no to this then tell me why you feel this way. Doesn't everyone have something that distinguishes them from the rest of the people they are with?

A quality that distinguishes myself from everyone else is that I can defend myself if necessary. I developed this skill by taking karate for six years. Knowing I can defend myself makes me feel good. It makes me feel empowered and proud of my karate. Knowing how to defend yourself is a great quality to have. You never know when someones going to try to attack you, or if someone were to break into your house. I feel that everyone has something that distinguishes them from other people. A person's quality could be something they were born with or it could be a skill they have learned in their life time. If people don't think they have anything that distinguishes themselves from others, I think that maybe they just haven't developed a certian skill yet. Everyone is different and has different skills than others.

A quality that distinguishes myself from everyone else is the way that i can change a persons mood from sad to happy. I developed this skill because of all the time that i have spent with my dad. My dad is a very funny person and he has taught me all i know about being funny, along with all the hours i have logged watching comedy central. This skill makes me feel good because i love making people happy, i dont try to make people happy it just happens. Everyone has something that is distinguishable even if you dont think you do. I like the fact that i have some distinguishable qualities because it makes me stand out in a different way from everyone else.

A quality i find that makes me stand out from others is that i can notice if somebody is feeling down, sad, angry or anything like that. Even if i dont know the person, i can usually see that somebody is not normal. I think that its a good thing because it makes me feel like i can change peoples mood for the better. When i know someone is upset, i try to help them and find out if there is anything i can do for them. I dont know where i developed this, but ever since middle school ive been noticing things like that very easliy? Im glad i have this ability because i feel like i can help people in a way that others are very thankful for.
A skill that I have the distinguishes me from everyone else is I can read people. I developed this skill from reading psychology books as a kid and having a journalist for a sister. This skill makes me feel awesome. I can read how people are feeling, how they will act. It allows me to either make them feel better or worse. I can toy with peoples emotions. I do this a lot when I am in a grumpy mood. I think everyone has a skill that distinguishes them from everybody else.
a quality that i have that distingushes me from others is that im not super confrontational. I know when to stick up formyself but if somthing isnt that big of a deal i just let it slide. This aspect makes me feel good cause im in less drama. somethimes its not a good thing because i get walked all over somtimes. Everyone has somthing that distingushes them from other people.somtimes its hard to find out but there is for sure somthing. attributes are what makes people different from what another.
Hell yeah I have a skill that nobody else has, well I have more than one, it's the ability to be a crazy fast runner. Im probably the fastest kid on the track team.I developed this skill through hard word.....not, I was born with this gift. In the seventh grade was when this skill actually developed, before that I was a super slow kid, like slower than the fatties. But this skill makes me feel really good about myself, I have a soprt that I kcik serious ass at. But I am not the fastest person in the world, I have the natural ability to be the best I just dont have the direction needed to lead me towards greatness and become the best.
I believe that it does. If your are hard working it defines you. If you are lazy it defines you. It is developed from your parents. If you do not get tought the right morals and values, you will devlope bad habits. This skill makes me feel great I love being lazy. As long as i am happy im fine. Yes everyone has something. Look at Shoemaker, his size, me my size hahaha dont read that in the wrong way. Everyone has something that makes them different, its wat made the U.S. It is how you deal with your distingishing attribute that defines you.

ihave a skill not to many other ppl have...i can climb just about anything< as long as its not a smoth surface i can climb it. really anyone could dop this hen ppl see me climb somthing they get all impressed and i dont really kno what the big deal is because i been doing it all my life it just comes easy to me but it fakes me feel specail and somtimes its good to be the center of attetion
A quality that distinguishes me from others is my self-convidence. Your perception of yourself has a huge impact on how other's perceive you. The more self-convidence you have the more likely you are to succeed and reach your goals. I developed this skill by picking it up from the people around me (my parents, sister, family, teachers, etc). We all learn from what we see and my parents are very self=convident people; they have given me many motivational speeches and want me to succeed in life. This skill makes me feel like I can accomplish anything; if you feel good about yourself, others will see that. Every person has something that distinguishes them from someone else. All people are raised differently and there is something that makes them stand out from other people. We all have something to offer to society.
Something that I have that is different from most people, is that I don't follow the latest trend. I developed this because I stopped caring what people thought of me. I realized that dying my hair bright red was okay. That, even though I'm naturally brown, and no one dyes their hear red, that it was okay. I just stopped caring if people were judging me, or if they cared what I looked like. I knew it was their own insecurities. I feel better knowing I am my own person, and I don't follow the crowd. People call me weird, or say I'm "out there", but it doesnt bother me one bit. I know who I am, and thats all that matters. At the same time, I'm not the only one that may say that, which doesnt make me any different from someone else. But to me, no matter how many people say it, it's all about how you present yourself. Its how you make yourself known to everyone, whether its in a good or bad way.

A quality that distinguishes me from other people is that I'm not afraid to stand up for my self. I've learned over the years from my dad to always stand up for myself. I was told that it will make you a better person in the long run. You will learn later in life you cant let people walk all over you. You need to take control of your life and don't let anyone tell you that you cant do anything. This skill makes me feel confident and not afraid. You should never be afraid of anyone because they cant stop you from doing anything.
One skill that I have that I feel separates me from others is my shooting. I have been competitively shooting now for five years with the NRA and have loved every bit of it. Right now I hold a rank of expert and am almost at the 100% highest rank you can earn. I developed this skill mainly from my dad wanting me to do it. When I started I just started passing all the other kids and soon was able to compete. I earned a few medals and started to love shooting even more. This skill makes me feel in a way better. I know I can out preform any average Joe on the street. I have a great accuracy level with firearms and it has given me great confidence in hunting because I know I won't miss. Now my range saves my targets so if a college has a shooting team I may have a chance to a scholarship.
A skill that distinguishes myself is that I am able to let things go very easily. This deffiantly allows me to get along with just about everyone. Ever since I was little, for some reason when something would put myself in someone elses shoes. I think it was because I went through a lot in elementry school so I was able to relate. This made me realize what people were going through which allows me to help them and forgive them. A lot of people told me that they feel that I'm always there for them. This makes me feel good because I know that they trust me and feel that they can come to me with any problem. I like the fact that I can help them or at least be someone they could talk to and vent.

Difining the trait or quality i was born with is not shown as a sense of bragging. The thing i feel that is an attribute i have is the ability for things to come some what easy for me. School is a different story when it comes to this due to the fact that i beleive school comes to everybody the same but is determined by the effort put in by the student. The things that i do find to a quality is things such as being cordinated. Things such as sports really ona very big part of hand-eye and differnt types of cordination. Personally i feel i was born with a good amount of it, making that sport come a little bit easier to me than it may come to others. Other traits such as speed are important in hockey and baseball and i find i was also born with a decent amount of speed. The sence of sports coming easy to one is nothing great on the other hand as well giving the person that is trying harder for something a bigger and better shot in te long run. Knowing this, i admit it and have realized that i have become lazy at things and have reduced my effort level. Overall, i feel the world and its people is revolved around the idea of attributs. In highschool, things such as clix made of different group is due to the people attributes. The idea off boy friend and girlfriend is also due to qualitys in which each person look at eachother for and that is what makes the love for eachother. Qualities are very important and to make life alot easier, people shall all use there traits to the best of their ability.

A quality that distinguishes me from others is my positive attitude. Things may upset me, but I don't let them get to me for long. I really love to laugh and joke around with my friends. I think that life is too short to get caught up in the small stuff. I know that I got this quality from my mom. She has to be the most positive person I know. I developed this quality by being around my mom, and by learning to handle bad situations well. My mom showed me how to take a bad situation and make it work for me. I love having this quality because it makes life easier because I can focus on what really matters.
I dont really have any certain one skill that is really good, but more of a variety. I think I am just athletic and coordinated, so I can pick things up easily. Ive noticed throughout my life that my friends have on more than one occasion said "God Adam, youre too good at every sport you do" Obviously this is going to make anyone feel good about themselves. It makes me feel pretty good. I like the ability of being good at a lot of sports. But as I have said, I think anyone who is just athletic and coordinated could do the same. I really just put my mind to things I want to do well in, and those are the things I seem to exceed in. Except school. I barely try and I do well. Thats why I love school, because its like a secret. It is so easy to do well, so its funny that more people aren't doing well. Just takes a little organization, self motivation, and a very very very small amount of time. If you really think about it, homework doesn't take all that much time at all. Alright im done typing, this hurts my clavicle
A quality that distinguishes myself from everyone else is that im verry easy to get along with. I try not to fight with others alot and i hate fightiong with people anyways. I have been like this since i was a little kid. I get along with pretty much anybody. I have all kinds of friends. I think that yes everyone has something that distinguishes them from everyone else. No one is exactly alike. You have things in common with other people but there is always that one thing that makes you you. There could be many things that makes you you. Alot of people have alot of qualities that make them who they are today.

An attribute that distinguishes me from others is that I adapt well to change. I think I developed this attribute from moving a lot when I was younger. My dads job took him to Europe when I was three, and then back to the states when I was 9. I kinda seemed to settle in well and make new friends easily. I feel that being flexible and adaptive is a good thing. You never know when something could come up that could throw you in a loop and sometimes cause stress. I learned how to deal with changes and make the most out of them while being successful. Yes, everyone has something that distinguishes them from others. Someone could be street smart, but stuggle in school. Someone might be gifted in math and just understands all the concepts and can do it no problem while others need extra help because they dont get it.

I know I've said this before, but what distinguishes me from everyone else is my manors. I developed this skill from my parents. All the time when I was younger, my mom would constantly remind me to say "Thank you", "Please", and "No, thank you." My mom wanted my brother and I to be well manored kids, because most parents don't enforce this. Having this skill always makes me feel good about myself. People come up to me, and tell me how I'm very sweet, and very polite. This makes me happy, because I know I'm also making someone else feel good in the process. A few weekends ago I was at a Talior getting my dress pants heemed, and when the lady was figuring out hpw short to cut them, I was being very polite, then after she finished I folded my clothes and handed them to her. She said that she was very impressed with me, because she doesn't see very many young girls do that, let along treat her well. The reason why I always wanted to be polite to everyone is because, it bothers me when someone is really rude to someone else. Especially when they don't even deserve it. So I try to make up for it, because I like when everyone around me is happy. (: Yes, I feel that everyone has their own trait that separates them from other people. We are all different, and have different qualities, so they will always have something that will make them stand out.

I have many qualities that combine together to make me different from everyone else. One of these qualitites would be that I don't take care much about other's negative comments, and I try to stay positive and push forward when life doesn't seem all that great. In 9th grade, I had a lot of people say really hurtful things behind my back. Even though they didn't think I would hear about everything, I did. I was really hurt back then by all the untrue and rude things that my supposed "friends" were saying about me. I think that through that experience though, I have become a stronger person and I've learned to laugh and shake my head at how low some people can be. I have learned that I can really only call a few people my true friends, because most of my friends listened to the lies about me and still have that view of me today. This quality makes me feel good about myself because I know that my life isn't worth stressing about what people want to say. If they want to try and put me down, I know that smiling and staying confident in myself just angers them more. Since I am confident in myself, I know the people saying rude things are just going to continue saying rude things because they aren't as confident in who they are. I always try to smile and not be hurt by pointless rumors or rude comments.
One quality I is the ability to run extremely fast and jump really high. I think I developed my great qualities from just trying hard until I got it right. These makes me feel good about myself because I dont know anyone who can run as fast as me and a person who is my height that can jump as high as me. I know that if I ever have to run from somethign and jumo alot of obsticles then I will be safe and out of harm. Alot of people know me becasue of track where I use my great skills to out run the other teams. Everyone does have there own talents that distinguish them from the rest of the people they are with, but its just never as cool as what I have.

I would have to say that if it is anything, it is my voice. I love singing. I have been in choir since the 2nd grade, and since 8th I have been in a church choir. So while this is not necesarily unusual, it is what I would consider one of my special talents. I do believe that everyone does have something that distinguishes them from the rest of world, but it is not necesarily a special talent. I think there are other things that make us special as well. Our heritage for one. Maybe our family. Where we grew up. Everyone has something specail about them
I think one of my good qualites and sort of bad is that i never hold back and i know exactly how to push peoples buttons. I always say when somethings on my mind, whether it hurts the person i'm saying it to or not. When i was younger i was always pushed around by my friends. they knew i wasn't one to fight back so i was picked on. I think that thats what helped me develop my quailty. some people say i'm a bitch now but i feel like if i am a bitch to someone, there is obviously a reason behind it. They had to have done something to make me seem that way. having this skill makes me feel good. I now know that people can't push me around or tell me what to do, because in the end i'll give it right back to them.
Does any attribute, quality, or skill distinguish you from everyone else? How did you develop it? How does this skill make you feel about yourself? If there is the chance that you want to answer no to this then tell me why you feel this way. Doesn't everyone have something that distinguishes them from the rest of the people they are with?
I think that in most things these distinguish ourselves from others. These may only be correct in the areas where these skills occur but sometimes its your whole view. yOu develop these by practice, practice, and more practice. Haing skills that nobody else does r more skill than others make you feel alot better about yourself because you feel like you have a heads up on others. I feel that the game of hockey is a skill. Theres many skills you need inside of it, but the whole game is too. This is something i have worked hard at all of my life. This feels great because it is something i absolutely love. you are distinguished by others without these skills. Itis an attribute that builds us up to be the better of a person. This betterness is not personality and heart, but in an attribute way with skills of different things we do in life.
A quality that distinguishes me from others is that I am very artistic. It started to develop in elementary school. Me and my friend were always drawing, usually. We used to sit down somewhere and draw during recess. I also started singing in elementary school. I wasn't all that interested in it then, but I wasn't bad either. Then, when I started middle school I started playing instruments. Now I can play the guitar, piano, trombone, and baritone. Now I sing more than anything else and I've written 3 songs in total now. It makes me feel proud of myself and glad that I can be able to write songs the way I do. It also makes me proud of myself because it shows that I'm different from most people.

An attribute that distinguishes me everyone else is that i am extremly organized. I devoloped this trait from my mom. She was always so organzied and anal about cleaning the house, so i followed in her footsteps. All of my life, i have been very organzied and obsessed about cleaning. I make sure my room is always clean. Sometimes i feel like im a little OCD about it because my house has to be clean and organized. This makes me feel a little good and bad about myself. Good in the fact that i never lose anything or misplace something since i am so organized and i know where everything is. But bad in the sense that i may get a little too overboard about the whole cleansiness thing. I think everyone has something that distinguishes them. I like that because its something that is different from everyone else.
I think that my skills, along with everyone else’s, distinguishes who you are as a person. You develop these skills through years of becoming who you are. I never thought I would be good at coming up with ideas and putting them into a project that looks well done and defiantly professional, at times. With these skills, I can take them and use them to my advantage in the future. This skill, along with some others makes me feel unique, like no one else will come up with those exact ideas. I gain my individuality with my skills. People all over the world have different skills that different themselves from others. I think that if every one where to do the same thing, it would make someone the same person as another. Now, just because you have certain skills, doesn’t mean that you won’t gain more in the future. Just like in the move “The Devil Wears Prada”, Andrea was a high class writer, by the time she started working in the fashion industry she became well known in the fashion industry which made her became very involved in the knowledge of fashion. So, people gain skills while they grow, and for myself, I will look forward to possibly learn more in the future.

I believe that everyone can be distinguished in some sort of way. For me, it's my love for sports. I believe I developed this by when I was too young to be on a basketball team, I would watch my older sister on hers. I would go to every single one of her practices and wish I could just be apart of their team. Once I was old enough, I immediatly tried out. Making the team in middle school made me feel accomplished and I wanted to explore other sports from then on. I would practice so hard because I would always strive to be better than I was the day before. Since then I've joined volleyball, tennis, hockey, and track. My love for all of them has grown and will continue to.
I believe that everyone has bad and good qualities that set them apart from everyone else in the world. Some qualities make people outgoing and others make them sensitive. I have a quality of not judging people. Or I at leas try to attempt not to. I look at each and every person as their own person. I respect their interests and their qualities. I have participated in many school functions that have helped me develop this quality. I have to be honest and say that I did not use to have this quality.
Audrey
Yes, I think that most people have something that distinguishes them from everyone else. It can be something that a person is born with, like a natural talent. It could also be a hobbie that someone developes over time with practice. It could also be their personality or what they do. I don't think that the people who only follow others have something distinguishing about them. I think my outgoing personality could distinguish me from others. I don't follow others footsteps; I do my own thing.
I would have to answer no to this question. I really can not think of one thing that makes me any different from anyone else. I don't have an talents or special skills. I am just like every other human being. I don't just feel that way, thats how it is for me. I have always been average. My entire life I have never really been above the average. If I was with a group of people and youi had to seperate something unique or different that only each person has, then I don't think you would be able to do that for me. I am not that good of a person to be honest. There are billions of people in the world. Isn't it bound for 2 or more people to be practicly exactly the same? I don't know if it is just the mood I am in right now, but I can't think of one skill or anything for myself. I don't stand out or really want to for that matter. What makes a skill a skill? Something that is unique to you? What makes that better than someone else, and isn't it just rule of law that there will always be someone somewhere, that is better at you in that skill? So how would that distinguish you from anyone else.
Megan Kastelen

One quality that distinguishes me from a lot of people is that I never break a promise. Like we were talking about in history today, a lot of people make promises they know they can't keep just to get what they want. I don't think this is okay and when I make a promise, I will keep it. I guess I'm a pretty honest person and I think that if you say something, it should be the truth and you should mean it. I don't really know where I developed this skill from, its just always something that I've felt and just how I see the value of a promise. This skill makes me feel good about myself because I know that I'm not lying to anyone because I hate it when people like to me. Not breaking a promise is a very important thing to me and sets me apart from others.
A quality I have is that I stick up for myself. I'm not the type of person to let you walk all over me. If you say something rude or mean to me then expect something back. As I got older things happen that teach you to stick up for yourself. Their wont always be someone their to stick up for you. So I learned how to do it by myself. I'm happy that I can do this. Most people don't like confrontation, but me I don't really care. I'm not scared to stick up for what is right and wrong. I think everyone has at least something that distinguishes them from others. Everyone is different and has different skills.
A quality that makes me stand out is my ability to brush things off. Throughout a day you hear a lot. Most stuff can make you feel shitty and ruin your day but im pretty chill about it. It doesnt bother me anymore. I devoloped it because i have two older bros so im used to it. I think everyone has a atrribute that distinguishes themselves yes. Even if you think there is anything there is. You just have to look hard sometimes. It is there though you just have to look.

I think that the quality about me that sets me apart from everyone is my outgoingness. I think that i was kind of just born with it. my dads really funny, but hes an intravert, and my moms really outspoken and crazy. So i guess it kinda comes from my mom, but it way different. I really like that im outgoing. I dont get embarased alot, but when i do, i like it cus its always funny later on. Everyone has something that sets them apart from the croud, whether its a good or a bad thing.
Qualities that people obtain is what defines who they are. One of my qualities is that I am easy to talk to and confront. I am easy to get along with. I think I got this trait from my dad. He isnt confrontational at all which makes it easy for him to get along with people. I like being easy to talk to. Having this quality makes it easy for me to make friends. This is a great quality to have in the workplace as well. Being easy to talk to and having that calm personality is preferred rather than someone who is confrontational.

I think my kindness distinguishes me from other people. I developed my kindness because my parents taught me to be nice to other people. I think my brother also helped me. James having Autism taught me a lot of patience and understanding. I have also learned to see when people are getting upset and what to do to deal with it.
It makes me feel good to help people and be kind. I do it because it is the right thing to do.
One skill that I believe that I am proficient in is computer software. I developed this skill through many years of using computers. I feel good to have this skill as I believe that it will help me in the future. I believe that you are right Mr. Kay. Everybody has something that distinguishes themselves from other people. Attributes, qualities, and skills make up who we are. This goes into the idea of the "unique human." No one is the same as another person. It's just not right (that's good)! I have not read any of the entries, but I believe that no one should answer this question with a "I don't believe that I have any talent/qualities/traits/skills/features. That is all." We are all special.
I feel that I have multiple qualities that distinguish me from other people. I feel that I do not belong to a certain group of friends. While there are certain cliques I tend to stay away from, I generally like to talk to a variety of people. I gues you could call that a positive trait; that I get along with so many people. Therefore, I have a different trait that distinguishes me from everyone I meet. However, I think that the biggest trait that separates me is my intellignece. I am very proud of it, and I think I have aquired it through hard work and paying attention in school. I have not only learned school information, but I have also learned what organization works best for me and how I function. In a different group of people, I feel I can make people laugh, and in another, I feel like I can comfort people. I feel enpowered when I have these traits that no one else does. I do feel that everyone has something that distinguishes them from the rest of the people they are with. No person is the same, so obviously they have differences, big or small. It would be a pretty boring world if everyone was the same.
A quality that distinguishes myself from everyone else is my personality. When you really get to know me, youll find out that Im probably one of the niciest people you will meet. I care way to much about people. I stay away from drama and stay real about everything. This makes me feel confident because the key to a person is their personality. People sometimes forget that personality is the most important, Im confident i can get along with just about everyone because i know i have a good personality.
One quality I have that distinguished me from others could be my generosity. But, im not sure how I developed to be so generous. I guess it could have been from when I was little, my parents and grandparents would always have me helping people. Whether it was during holidays or just on a regular basis, they always taught me to help people if they needed it. They also taught me to always have manors and be kind to people, I feel like those two things go with being generous too. This quality makes me happy, when ever I help another person it always makes me puts me in a good mood to know I helped someone. It also makes me feel like a better person for helping others with something.

I think my kindness sometimes sets me apart from others. When people ar ebeing mean and making fun of other people i always try and talk to that person and be there friend and make them feel important. I think i developed this because i didnt use to feel important. i felt like everyone wanted me to blend in, and i dont want other people to feel that way. This skill makes me feel good about myself. When others are happy it makes me happy too. Yes, i think everyone has something that sets them apart. It can be hid depending on if you want other to see. You can cover up your special abilities so you can be like everyone else.
A quality that i have that distinguishs me from everyone else is that, when something crosses my mind i say it. I dont really hold anything back. i like to speak my mind freeley. I developed it by just standing up for my self. And for my other friends, or even hannah. I believe that everyone has something different about them. Of course someone is going to have the same quality as someone else. But not everyone has that same quality.
I think my quality is my kindness and willingness to give up everything for my friends and family, and somtimes complete strangers if they absolutely need it. For example if one of my good friends were depressed, I would do everything in my power to get them to smile and laugh, and to let them know they are very important. And if they were complete strangers, if they were having trouble in public or they drop something without realizing it I offer my help. I developed it by being raised the way I was, and as I still am, by my parents. And by learning not to give two shits about my own well being or what I want. This skill doesn't change the way I feel about myself. It's just as I said, I don't give two shits about myself.
I think a skill i posses is being outgoing. i think i'm very fortunate to be comfortable with myself enough to start a conversation with someone new, or someone i don't know that well. i think as well as being outgoing i'm really empathetic and understanding, and i believe i'm a person that anyone could talk to. i'd say i just developed it more over the years. i used to be embarrassed or shy about talking with new people or putting myself out there. i think i really have just became less insecure to not care if i make a fool out of myself. i'm definitely not without insecurities but i'm learning how to cover them up better and not let them get in the way of my life. i am proud of where i've came and i know that i'll continue to improve this skill throughout my life.
A skill that I have that distinguishes me from everyone else is that I am Mechanically inclined. I say that because I love to work on cars or other gas powered machines. I developed this skill when I bought an antique outboard boat motor that wasn't running when I got it. I took it apart and cleaned it up a bit and got it working great. I used it the ebtire summer while fishing. Another time was when the started on my car died on me and it needed to be replaced. My dad wanted to take it to a mechanic because it would get fixed faster and they are hard to replace sometimes. I wanted to try to do it myself so one of my froiends and I did it one saturday. It was a lot of hard work but I enjoyed it. I got the satisfaction of doing it myself and saving a few hundred bucks. This skill makes me feel really good about myself because it builds your self confidence about doing things on your own.
I don't think I have any special quality. I feel this way because everything I do I am average at. I'm average in school, cheerleading, and gymnastics, and that's all I have time for in my life. I do not believe everyone has something that distinguishes them from others. Some people are just simply average. But there are still some people who has very distinguishing qualities to themselves and are very talented. I myself do wish I had a distinguishing quality but sadly I don't.
I guess my shape would be a quality, attribute and skill that i have that distinguishes me from everyone else. I developed it through tough sports, and pushing myself real hard during my free time in weight lifting. This skill builds my confidence alot more than anything else does, and it makes me feel really good about myself. Yes, everyone has something that distinguishes them from everyone else, its their personality. Everyone is distinguished from everyone else because of it, its what makes us human, and who we are. These even form different opinions in everyone.
I think one attribute really does stand out. I’m not trying to be full of myself but I like to think of myself as a really athletic kid. I’m pretty good at all sports. There are some sports that I am really bad at. Overall, I’m good at almost every sport. My athleticism makes me feel great about myself. It is good to have in life. Without my athleticism my life would not be the same. I don’t even think I would be the same person as I am today without my athleticism. I also believe everyone has one positive trait about them that stands out and distinguishes them as an individual.
An attribute that helps distinguish me from everyone else is my ability to get attention. I developed this attribute when i was a very young boy and would stand in front of the tv naked singing and watching barney to make my mom and dad laugh. I've also developed this because i mostly like being the center of attention. I find it annoying sometimes but for the most part i like how it helps make people laugh and be happy. I do believe that everyone has something that distinguishes them from others. Both physically and emotionally. I think it is hard to find what it is because your the one who is putting out these perceptions to others. This also ties into the the theme of stereotypes and how and what distinguishes you from others is preceded.

To be honest, I think that there are a lot of things that distinguish me from everyone else. I am not saying that I am special or anything like that, but I do think that I am far from being an average everyday teenage girl. One thing that I think sets me apart the most is how much I care about other people. It is not really a skill I worked to obtain or that I have to practice in order to continue. I have just always been someone who always cared very much about the others around me. I take a lot of my time and use it listening and helping others. Not everyone can truly care like I do. However, if it doesn't count as something that sets me apart from others, I would have to say that not very many people can ride a horse, let alone race one as fast as they can in competitions. In order to become a confident rider it took a lot of practice in addition to falling off, getting back in the saddle and learning from failures. I have to keep practicing to retain my skill. I do believe that everyone has a quality or skill that sets them apart from everyone else.
i dont think i have any specific skill that distinguishes me from others. i think what distinguishes us from one another is our personality. Some people do have special skills that set them apart but i think that for the most part its our personalities that set us apart. We each have different character traits that make us different from one another. I guess a skill that i have would be tennis. Ive been playing for a while and have gotten pretty good. But, i wouldnt say it really sets me apart because a lot of people in our school and in this world play tennis and a good number of them are much better than me at it. So, as far as a skill..im not so sure. I would give more credit to personality for setting people apart.
